The place is very comfortable for vacationing with family.

Very nice mountain view! The highest volcano in South East Asia. The journey from nearby cities like Padang quite far (> 7hours driving) but for first timer like us, it was worth the effort. 😁

The facilities do not match the price, the only good thing is the view. The service from my staff gave 1 star for the reception whose name Dinda was very unfriendly.

I really enjoyed staying at Swarga Lodge, the rooms are nice and clean, the atmosphere is warm and the view is great, my husband and I honeymoon became more memorable because we stayed at Swarga.

Very disappointed the service is not good at all. It is enough just to know.

View langsung ke arah gunung kerinci. Suhu di malam hari bisa mencapai 14-16°C. Sarapan jam 7.20 belum siap. Bahkan baru mau dimasak. Padahal waktu check in diberitahukan breakfast ready jam 7
