Loved how quiet the hotel was. The staff was really helpful and helped me store a birthday cake in their kitchen.

Good place except for dinner menu

Great experience! Kennedy rooftop was awesome as well. Enjoyed our stay with our kids.

Stayed a night for a concert at The Salt Shed. Very convenient and walkable. Late night restaurant choices close by. Valet parking was easy and the check in desk was so quick and friendly! Our room was an amazing 67 degrees, comfy bed and clean.

I booked a room with two beds. Traveling with an elderly friend who ended sleeping on a not so comfortable couch. Expedia SOLD me a room that wasn't available and I got what I didn't pay for. I should get a price adjustment.

The room was clean and nice as was the overall hotel property. What was bad about the room is road and ac noise. It was so bad the hotel gives out ear plugs to sleep with. I traveled in my job for 40 years and stayed in hotels an average of 2 nights a week all across the US and world. This one ranks as one of the noisiest I’ve ever been in.

The breakfast was very good and the Rooftop Bar/Restaurant was also very good.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. There is street parking if you don’t want valet, but it’s not always easy to find.

The location is great and we loved being in the Wicker Park neighbourhood. Easy access to the hotel both by L train coming from the airport and around town by bus, uber. Great breakfast. Cool rooftop bar. And amazing service.

Hotel was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Very friendly! Great place to stay, walkable to restaurants and shops. Perfect for walking to The Salt Shed for a concert. Rooftop bar was lovely. Breakfast was excellent!

Great property, wonderful breakfast, beautiful patio and nice bar. Front desk folks were wonderful as well.

Cozy hotel with sizable rooms and a great view of the city. Very car centric area.
