Quick overnight. Worked out well, eating options close by. Needed to do laundry after camping for 3 nights. Did have a call around 10pm for noise, not sure what that was about, we never even turned the tv on. Otherwise a nice hotel, great shower.

Great Hotel. Loved how accessible it was to where I needed to be. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay in West Kendall.

Good stay!

Breakfast setup is crowded and tight where the food is, disorganized.

Great place with great amenities! Very convenient spot if you have a car rental and don’t want to pay for additional valet parking fees closer to Miami which is like a half hour drive.

Pros: Quiet area. Hotel was clean. Cons: not too much in area for dining

Great hotel

Our room had ants. They came out at night: M27. And the guests picking up food with their bare hands, and not utensils was especially weird/ yuck, but Towneplace Suites is not responsible for their poor etiquette or upbringing. Welp...

All the walls are paper thin, the floors, and ceilings too. Man next door snores so loud it kept the whole family awake. Opposite side people checked in at 1am making a racket, same story with upstairs and downstairs. There is zero soundproofing. Every toilet flush and shower were loudly audible in the room. Texas roadhouse closing every nights means loud drunkers in the parking lot. Breakfast was cheap but good. Pool was clean but small. Building is newer and in good shape.

Terrible. I was here for one night and had to switch rooms 3 times because the AC didn’t work. The walls are very thin and you could hear what others are yelling about and dogs barking. The staff was incredibly dismissive of the AC problem. The AC was not working and they had someone over the phone telling me to shut the blinds and bathroom door in order for the room to cool down. After letting one room cool for 6 hours and another for 3 hours the front desk guy finally walked with me to another room to make sure the AC was working in that room almost if to not believe me. The bathrooms have no door in the shower and was dirty. I was here for one night and had that many problems. I’m glad I didn’t stay here longer

I like how clean and well maintained the rooms are. The dining options around the hotel you have a wide variety to choose from. The breakfast in the morning is enjoyable and it changes daily.

Clean, quite, comfortable. 4th time staying here and were have yet to be disappointed. Late checkout was a plus. Love the staff here. Will be back again in August
