There's a man a bold one made me pay almost €350 extra because I got an apartment and I've booked for 1 person but on Ebookers it's the same prise

Nice area close to amenities, basic service but nothing particularly bad. They don't clean rooms daily which isn't the best but okay for short stay. Average hotel no problems would recommend for a quick cheap stay

this hotel is amazing especially considering the cost. my initial hotel was cancelled on me at the last minute. thank heavens for that. this place is clean, close to amenities and extremely comfortable. we loved the bed. Food: the dinner was great. we only ate it once but the chef is amazing. we enjoyed the dinner. The breakfast on the other hand was just normal. we really did not enjoy it much but it was good enough. Bed: its no easy to find a comfy bed when travelling and this had just that. a comfy room and bed. Premesis: the the rooms, courtyard, restaurant area and pool are kept clean at all times. overall, this place is worth booking. we loved it.

Lovely small hotel in the centre of the city The people that work there are friendly & lovely. Would recommend this hotel.

Kitchen was smelly. There was sewage smell coming. AC is exteremely loud and room was very noisy. Overall it was below average

It is easy to get lost in downtown stone town People would help get you back to the hotel with a hope of getting a tip

Great staff, very clean room, well presented TV didn't work - only 1 Arabic channel Location - was not aware that could not get a car up to the premises and had to walk (not an issue in itself but would have been if I was with a suitcase & 1 or 2 other bags) as it is in the heart of the old town streets

Simply a very smart, friendly and well appointed hotel with big clean and cool rooms. Lovely pool and bar area with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and all the sites.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was good and the staff efficient. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable

There's so many cats that's i couldn't even go to the dining as i have a phobia of cats

It was a nice property but we had to ask for towels as there were none upon arrival.

I liked the property once arrive but hard to find and hard to find other locations

It is a great hotel with a nice garden and small pool. The staff is wonderful. They could spend more energy on their restaurant and chefs to expand and deepen their craft. Otherwise a pleasant relaxing place. They use toxic fuel for their tikki torches in the garden... makes no sense as it is smoky, smelly, uncomfortable and self defeating - it drove us to other restaurants.

I could overlook the kitchen explosion and the crashing coconuts at the pool. I cannot forgive that my room had bed bugs. The inital response by staff was lackluster at best. As it turned out, i was moved to another room but my room was immediately rented again (that is my understanding. I should also say that my diagnosis of bed bugs is a self diagnosis.) When i asked for some compensation, i was told to ask Hotel.com. I got half off one night.

All staff were very nice. Check in fast and any problems. The Green Lagoon Restaurant in hotel is very good. We eat Grilled Octopus with rice. It was very delicious and rice had very good nuts souce.

All things considered it’s a good hotel in the middle of the maze that is Stone Town. The only negative few points are: it didn’t seem very clean. In the breakfast a lot of street cats in terrible condition (dirty and sick and mistreated) would go to your table to ask for food, which was not hygenic. The bathroom needs renovation, the toilet was very old and noisy.
