Almost things are great except just a few things. I couldn't find the doorlock of restroom and bath tub was a little dirty. But the staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel is on the older side, and clearly used to be a former love hotel based on the layout. But you can get a room 3x bigger than a regular business hotel for a lower price so I think that balances it out

Good choice for the price, very close, almost next to Chofu station.

Clean and spacey room, independent bath tab, complimentary breakfast. Just a few steps to the station!

Not that many westerners find themselves in Chofu and so hotel options are limited. The location of this hotel (essentially adjacent to the subway station) and its incredibly friendly staff make this hotel ideal for us. The physical plant is ok, the beds I found somewhat uncomfortable, and the single bed rooms small.

This was my favorite hotel in Tokyo and I've stayed at 3 different ones. My second favorite on in Japan the other one was in Mt Fuji, out of 7 I've stayed in Japan. The amenities provided are amazing, they have your usual but they also have a full skin care routine at the sink. The shower/bathtub is a true Japanese sized one. They also offer bath salts free of charge for a relaxing bath. They do provide water and bread upon check in and you can rent a fire stick to watch movies. Close to transportation and shopping.

직원분 응대가 매우 친절하였고 객실은 낡은 감이 있지만 넓고 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있는 편이라 좋았습니다! 다만 욕실과 객실 전체적으로 조금 냄새가 나는 건 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그것 제외하면 매우 만족스럽습니다.

近くに成城石井などがあるので一般的にはホテル内の自販機を利用しなくてもいいと思うのだけれど、大雨だったので、アルコールの自販機がない（見つけられなかった）ことはマイナス要因。

スタッフ、立地は良かったです。 バストイレのドアが閉まらなく 早く改善しないとクレームになる かと思います。 パンと水のサービスは助かりました。

寝る部屋もリフォームされており綺麗でスタッフさんの対応もよく気持ちよく過ごせました！！ 残念だったのは、風呂とトイレがリフォームされておらず特にお風呂がカビや汚れがひどかったです、、、
