Excellent stay.

Everything splendid

Small but very clean room in a great location. Reception staff were excellent (a guy from Cuba) and explained the various parking options we had. Shower was excellent, great pressure and plenty of hot water. A small bit cramped in the room but more than suited our needs for a two night stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Bilbao.

If your going to be close to the centre but avoid the noise this is probably the best basic hotel to do it and only a 11 minute walk to the stadium a 5 minute walk to the airport bus stop

Excellent Hotel! center in Bilbao, easily accessible with metro lines, also really close from the Airport Bus (go all the way to end stop of the bus and its 5-10 min walk, easy). Room/Bathroom great, however, walls are thin so be mindful.. would book again!

Good location to explore the city. Close to the main bus stop (convenient for day trip to San Sebastian, transport to airport, etc.) and to the Stadium. Half an hour walking or a few metro stops to the old town. Staff was polite and helpful. Room is small but it is a budget hotel after all. Had to ask for missing towels when we arrived. Shower room is directly in the room and the door is glass, have this in mind if you are traveling with other people. Sink in the room.

For the price paid probably not great however price was reflective of demand for rooms in area at time. Room isnt comfortable but at least spacious and clean. Hotel is ideally located for bars, restaurants, public transport and sightseeing. Friendly staff and if quality of accommodation is not a high priority it is an ideal place to stay

Great location, very good breakfast and the hours for breakfast are really good - 6-11 on weekends which is perfect. I paid €15 extra for a late checkout as i had a bike event in the moring of the day i was leaving and it was so colpetely worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful, hotel very nice and clean. Rooms have plenty of space and very comfortable. Shower is also great

A very basic but clean hotel which matched the price charged.

The hotel and my room was spotless, so clean. 5 minute walk from Estacon Intermodal de Bilbao, which is the main bus station, where you can catch busses to the airport and other cities / towns in Spain. (I went on a wonderful day trip to San Sebastian from there). The real stars of the hotel are Javier and Xavier, who work at the reception. They are such kind people, who went out of their way to help me on a regular basis with tips and ideas about what and where to explore, and each night they were keen to hear if I've enjoyed my day. I was so impressed with them.

Good place. Small rooms. Reception was very friendly and informative. Parking was extra 20 euros. Very tight parking. 30 min walk to main tourist area.

Nice clean but small room. Bed was two singles pushed together rather than a double which wasn’t the comfiest. Staff very friendly and room was cleaned every day.

A couple there for 2 nights to visit. Easy wakable to everything Small parking but we did it
