Comfortable, cool atmosphere, lake view rooms, amazing views, complete and delicious breakfast. Awesome chicken porridge, delicious Hawaiian pizza and fried bananas are soooooo good, amazing bonfire. Hot water works well, fragrant room, perfect for relieving the stress of the hustle and bustle of the city.

The staff service is very friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable, the environment and rooms are clean. WiFi is very good.

All the staff are friendly, starting from the FO, restaurant crew, speedboat officers. The room is very luxurious, but unfortunately there is no local TV broadcast. The view of the lake and there are also mountains, very cool. Cold. The soap and shampoo smell really good. As for the food, I think the taste needs to be upgraded again. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, there is also a restaurant which makes it very easy and you don't need to go out just to find food, because Pondanu is really for enjoying/staycation, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and next time if I go on holiday to Bali I will stay here again.

I have stayed here twice, for those who like peace, away from the crowd, this is perfect. The staff is friendly & helpful. The room is clean, the facilities are complete and there is even a towel dryer. You can also get a welcome snack, or you can have room service because ordering food from outside is a bit difficult, it has a smart TV so if you want to watch youtube or netflix it's safe. Hopefully next time you can come here again with your family 😁

Selalu menyenangkan kala mau refresing dan stay di pondanu 👍.

Hotel yang strategis di bedugul dekat kemana, masuk gang lumayan 1km, tapi mobil bisa masuk. Jalanan bagus menurun. Pemilik sangat ramah dan baik, staff petugas masi muda-muda dan friendly baik ramah sopan sekali. Dapat welcome snack dan buah. Air mineral free banyak. Kamar bersih banget, bisa upgrade room juga… pelayanan mantap bagus sekali. Kita d jemput dari turun mobil, sampai check out. Receptionis walaupun muda cekatan ramah dan baik. Tempat sejuk, tidak ad ac, tapi udara dingin sekali… tempat tidur bisa jadi hangat, dan ada water heater, 9.5 untuk hotel ini. Next balik lagi.

Semua bagus, view staff dan lain lain, semua bagus, hanya satu saat boat danaunya saat booking penginapan di traveloka sudah include tp saat di sana ternyata harus bayar 300 ke padahal pengen banget keliling danau pake boat.
