Boutique Hotel ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Staff constantly cleaning. WIFI is EXCELLENT! Food is EXCELLENT. Weekend evenings have a live band and it can be a bit loud if guest needs quiet time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a jewel in the heart of Bamako. Rooms are beautiful, clean and cozy. The pool is facing an open bar with a wonderful view across onto the river! Staff are professional and courteous and the food is delicious!

The food menu is amazing and very gastronmic best food I had in a very long time with my family, room is spacious bissap was very well made and I like the watr sprinklers to refresh us when we are outdoors

I was supposed to stay a week and then had to stay another week. A good hotel in a good neighborhood of Bamako, with a coffee shop in walking distance and safe at all times. I liked the room, area and the restaurant. I would stay there again.

Very happy. I actually was supposed to be in another hotel, but upon arrival found that hotels.com had rented out a hotel that ceased to exist and they never saw it. I immediately booked into a bord de l'eau.

The hotel it self has a very nice design . Downfall is the kitchen , which is very expensive , without any taste and has very little to no choice . 15 000 for a so called brunch is a ripoff , I won’t talk about the towels , closer to brown than white 😫. But the vue was nice …..

Au bord de l'eau is my favorite spot in Bamako any time I go there. I love pretty much everything about it, especially the peace and the position. All staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly suggested.

I liked that it was quiet,the ambience is great.The food is also great.The servers are not friendly,very rude if you are not a French speaker.That is the part i did not like about it.

Loved the place, the food, the vibe, the front desk and all the staff. The pool is clean, room comfy and great, the atmosphere is quite for either business meetings or for relax time. Price is great for what you get. Also, the view is nice, just in front of the river, bar is nice too with good music selection. I tried other 4 places during my stay in Mali and I rate Au Bord De l'Eau #1. Will be back here when I will come back to Mali.

I had a great experience. Everything worked out properly for me. Room was so spacious and clean. Bed super comfy. View was great (room #15). No complains

We were well taken care of by all the staff who were at care to meet our every need and request. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised that the Management upgraded me to the large suite from the first night, when I arrived alone. This was a very kind and sensitive gesture as it avoided me having to move rooms the next day. I was also touched that Fatima remembered that I was in great pain from a sore back last time I was at the hotel in March 25. She enquired if all was OK, and if I needed any help at all!

Personnels très à l’écoute et présent. Cependant présence d’insectes de types cafard ce qui a été désagréable durant mon séjour, malgré le fait que le personnels soit venu vaporiser la chambre cela n’as rien changer et a été très contraignant pour moi.

Excellent accueil, personnel agréable, avenant et serviable ! Le petit bémol, c’est cette musique jouée par un orchestre jusqu’à très très tard le soir, et ce, dès ma première nuit ! J’ai eu peur que cela dure à chaque nuit !! Mais finalement, les autres soirs il s’agissait d’une sono moins bruyante … Autre bémol, notamment par rapport à la situation de l’hôtel, il est dommage de traverser toute une misère pour accéder à l’établissement : une très longue allée semée d’embûches et de personne parfois mendiant !
