The Staff, Specially Enrique was awesome, very kind and professional. keep up the good work Enrique.

Toothbrush kit is charged extra and we were never informed. they didn't have change at the front desk, we had to fish out for dimes to pay them 5 dollars for a poorly made toothbrush and a small toothpaste. Went to eat breakfast at 8:30am they had no more orange juice, asked the only waiter I saw. Said that was it for the juice, they weren't bringing out more. In the menu it said a variety of bread. they only had 2 kinds of store-bought loaf bread.

Very quiet rooms, very clean and wide, very good price for members too. In the middle of the city so you can go to everywhere around in reasonable time.

Me dieron una habitación vieja y con ruido de la calle pese a que el hotel no estaba lleno La habitación lucia poco moderna. Aire acondicionado no tenía control remoto y sonaba mucho por ser equipo viejo. No creo que el valor que pague justificó lo que recibí.
