Rooms are very nice and restaurant too. At check-in I was told my room would not be ready by check in time (3:00pm) and I was told other guests were ahead of me (???) and no estimation when my room would be ready.

We drove in with a trailer which makes parking difficult in Mexican City but the staff was truly very attentive and accommodating they made it easy.

Would definitely stay again! Friendly staff, quick check in, free parking and shopping close by. Very convenient to airport with shuttle service.

terrible breakfast , I always stay at the fiesta Americana Reforma an the food is amazing this one is really terrible with limited options, the hotel is beautiful and the beds are delicious , is convenient to stay here because they have a shuttle to the airport, , there is a small shopping Mall downstairs , I will suggest to avoid the food here and head down to the restaurant Toks , is cheaper and the food is 10 times better

I live the location and the service. There is a several restaurants at a walking distance among other stuff. Staff was great along with the room.
