Really easy to find, desk staff spoke English enough to make check in easy. She was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They have a secure parking lot, which gave me piece of mind seeing I had just purchased a new car hours before arrival.

Upon arrival the hotel reception aided me to call USA ..emergency. The hotel service is perfect...room was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. I encourge you all to visit this hotel. Location was exactly what is wanted...near the business sector of Manta.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and had everything you would expect from any other hotel. My only gripe, and it is a very minor gripe, is that the restaurant only serves food during certain meal times. But they are close enough to many other good places to eat, so it really wanst a big deal. I was still able to get a delicious Mojito with fresh mint from the garden. And when I was able to eat at the restaurant for Bfast, and 1 dinner the food was excellent. Also, some of the better shopping for local handmade goods is less than a block away right out the front door and down the hill a little. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and I plan to stay at Perla Spondylus again the next time I visit Manta.

When the pool is finished this property will be excellent!

I am extremely happy with this hotel and its staff. They are very professional and friendly. Attention is great, facilities are mint and the prices are fair. I am certainly looking forward to stay at this hotel on my next visit and I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Manta.

Hotel is a $5 taxi ride from airport which takes about 20 minutes. Hotel is on a quite street walking distance to beach and tourist areas bars and restaurants. Area seemed very safe at night, we had no issues or at anytime felt unsafe walking day or night. On arrival to our Hotel we was greeted by English speaking staff and given a free upgrade. When it comes to customer service I can’t remember staying anywhere better, staff are very attentive and genuinely concerned our stay in their hotel was what we expected. If Spanish speaking staff did not understand what we wanted either at front desk or in the restaurant they would go and get someone that spoke English to translate. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was very good, with a choice of about 6-7 different country style of breakfast. We had fruit, eggs and pancakes which was awesome and set you up for a good start to the day. Dinner menu also had a good choice and was very good quality food. Overall the hotel was very good in a great loacation and amazing staff who wanted us to have the best stay in their hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or to stay here again should I return to Manta, Ecuador.

Recent modern hotel just a short taxi drive to city points of interests. A very attentive and caring staff, something rare nowadays in hotels (Thank you again Maria for everything). Only thing missing is a swimming pool.

Very good impression when you arrive to this Hotel. The front office personal is very cordial. The lady at night was nice and careful. The breakfast was included and in the restaurant you have a nice sea views. Certanly, recomend it and wish to come back

Hotel is clean but the floors are not cleaned daily, otherwise a nice stay.

Staff was very friendly and met all our needs. They went out of out their way for everything we asked for.Everything is awesome accept there are two other hotels that provide a better ambiance and views of the ocean for a similar price

The food in the restaurant was good. Our room was on the busy street side so it was noisy late into the noght and early in the morning. The shower had cool to lukewarm water. My husband's ankle became swollen and he needed ice for it. Staff was very accommodating.
