The hotel does not have a reception, so if any issues come up during your stay, there is no one to help you deal with it. The air conditioning unit in my room stopped working the second evening I was there. No one was available to fix it or offer a solution such as a fan, so I had a very hot, terrible night of sleep. There is an after-hours number but the person who answers the call is off-site so is unable to help. The next day they assured me the issue had been fixed, but the following night the AC again was not working, giving me another hot night. Finally on the last night it began working again. Do not recommend. They did offer a 15% discount but it wasn't worth two nights of bad sleep in a very hot room.

A little tough to locate the hotel. Maybe it was the huge bush, a sign off the roadway would help greatly.

The staff was available through whats app and did peovide iron when asked. The self check in post 5 pm worked well. Washroom was good size with all the amenities. However, the room was very very small for three people, with three beds there was tiny space in between beds and the entrance door. There were rooms which were definitely bigger ag the site. The room was also full of dust when we checked in and everything needed to be cleaned with wet wipes before using - e.g. side tables, kettle, top of the fridge, the open closet and hanging space. There is one waste basket in washroom - there should be waste basket in the room as well.

Unit was spacious, serviced daily, there was an elevator available, the unit was close to all amenities and the city center within easy walking distance.

In general the room was clean however in the bathroom the wall and baseboards could have been dusted and cleaned better.

we stayed here for two nights, clean, new room. Room service was excellent. Parking is about 10 mins walk away, can offload your lugage close to the entrance tho. friendly reception, and quick response. close to the beach

Der Fernseher bietet zwar die Cast Funktion, diese war jedoch in meinem Zimmer nicht nutzbar. Es war im Zimmer 101 zudem recht laut, da die Treppe des Hotels über das Zimmer hinweg führte und man jeden kommenden und gehenden Hotelgast stampfen hörte.

Very nice hotel, just a bit annoyed that when checking in they showed a 40€ cheaper price for the stay and just told us that they could see that we paid through hotels com and that we should just ignore it.
