5 minutes away from Petra Visitor center!! Clean rooms and 24 hours front desk. Worth every penny

This is where we will stay every time we go to Petra. The staff are amazing, the breakfast was great, the room is what we wanted with a great shower after 2 days of walking Petra. You can walk from hotel to entrance, but it is easier to drive and park in the free parking behind the Mozenpick hotel. They gave us a ton of information on where to go and how to get there, let us use their microwave to make popcorn.. highly recommend.

Overall, the stay was adequate, and the staff was very attentive, I felt as if I was a VIP. On the other hand, they were not prepared for food service during Ramadan and could not fulfill my needs, though they offered room service daily. Do not expect food service during fasting.

Nice hotel with clean, quiet and spacious room. People who work there are super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Petra.

Great location, friendly stuff , good parking !

We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and nice the staff were. Rooms are clean. Great AC/heat in each room. Rooms are small by US standards but adequate. Showers are like a cruise ship. Big selection of toiletries. They put snacks and drinks in each room as well. They will help you get a tour or pick out restaurants nearby. Great pomegranate tea at check in. I will definitely return. Walking distance to many Restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Petra. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. HIGHLY recommended.

The staff and owner went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and easy. Recommendations on how to do petra, where to eat, what to eat. From giving us some delicious hibiscous drink when we were checking in to key chain when we checked out. It was more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and things around. Its easy to drive or walk to petra visitor center. The hotel is new and spotless. And bed were very comfortable which is always hit or miss in some hotels but not this one. Thanks for a great stay guys 👌

Great propoerty for a quick in and out in Petra

Both my wife and I enjoyed our brief stay in this hotel. Breakfast was served every morning and it was delicious. Staff was both friendly and very attentive. Highly Recommend for your next stay. A

Amazing stay

Helpful friendly staff, comfortable well equipped rooms. No communal space except dining area.

Nice and clean hotel located centrally. Walkable distance from restaurants and super markets. The room was cosy and clean. The receptionist in the morning is very warm and kind. He gave us a complimentary keychain while checking out. The receptionist in the evening is not very friendly. He did try to convince us into eating in the restaurant endorsed by him, carrying packed lunch to Petra, going for a massage. We didn’t end up trying any of his recommendations. Breakfast has the usual continental and Jordanian spread with the same options every day. The kind chef makes fresh omelettes as per your requirement. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the Expedia website promises “Breakfast included”, which is apparently not true. They charge separately at the hotel.

Very clean. Close to lots of food options and markets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are smalls but very comfortable.

Very very friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast and the guy in charge very helpful and friendly. Abdullah on evening reception was particularly helpful and friendly, really went the extra mile. Clean room only issue is rooms are a bit cold in winter and so the heater needs to be on for some time to warm it up.
