Definitely a family friendly hotel. The room we stayed in was clean. It was one of the suites located closer to the Karl Strauss restaurant. A few negatives, walls were thin and you can hear neighbors talking and king bed was not very comfortable and not supportive. The property location was great. It is a few minutes walk to Legoland. The small restaurant at the lobby is under staffed in the morning. If you’re thinking about eating there beware that you might not get good service or get served at all during morning rush hour. It was very crowded when we were there one morning and didn’t have the nicest experience. We may consider going there again if the kids want to go to Legoland.

Traveling as a single mother and on a budget. At check in they asked for $300 for incidentals instead of $100. This would have been helpful to know as I am a single mother traveling on a budget to give my son a fun trip to Legoland.

The main hot tubs was cold every night. The breakfast buffet was cold, no plates or silverware, the floor in the dinning area was disgusting and not single person out of 3 wait staff acknowledged us waiting. The carpet in the hallways had large stains. Very disappointed in this property and Hilton

Much better places to stay especially for the money. They charge $32 daily for parking in a small Karl Strauss lot and a $25 fee for no idea what every day. The kids pool is full of locals that climb the fence and hang out there all day. Breakfast buffet is very limited with very little seating so it’s crowded and loud. This boutique hotel is not luxury by any means. Stay elsewhere.

Got in a little early to precheck. The room was not available yet. I was informed that when the room was ready I would receive a phone call which never happened. The staff during the morning was not very knowledgeable. Not once did they mention about the parking fee. Which is excusable because everyplace has a parking fee these days. Nor the deposit hold. By the way there’s and automatic charge for the parking even if you book online. Plus a $25 credit they call it for breakfast which they automatically charge your card and tell you it’s a “credit” The room was spacious nice and clean. The mattress on the other hand definitely you can feel the springs in it. Even the towels there was so hard, stiff and had a rough feeling to them. Loved the fact there was a lot of electric ports and plugs for your electronics. Room got a little stiff even with the AC turned on and all the way down. The pool area was nice and had a nice view but I’m not sure it’s worth the $300 a night.

The hidden fees are obnoxious. A lot of things are worn out like the splash pad.
