The Staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The food was not the best and the soda at the restaurants was very flat

Property and workers are amazing no issues there, rooms are more than adequate enough for a decent stay, only thing that was not the greatest was the way they camouflaged the timeshare conversation and sales into other promotions and weren’t transparent from the start about what it was, otherwise no issues

Overall, the experience was ok, the food was great, however, the service took a little long practically every time. I was disappointed with the seaweed issue in the ocean. Although I understand that this is not the hotel's issue, it would be nice if the hotel could clean the beach at least. My friends and I had to go to a different nearby beach that was clean, just to swim in the ocean during our stay.

Our stay was amazing! I would definitely return. Our room was gorgeous, the food was really good at all the restaurants we tried, the drinks were well made, the staff were all friendly. Also, shoutout to our butler Reynaldo for being super attentive to our needs!

Overall very nice relaxing resort. Very good restaurants. Chose Live Aqua Punta Cana because of 2 excellent vacations at Live Aqua Cancun. From a service and overall experience Cancun is better. The vacation saver for us was a server named Confesor who took care of us for 3 days that we spent enjoying our private suite pool. Excellent! 2nd night at resort ordered room service. Worst in room dining experience for us at any resort. 45 minutes late and cold. Butler Alex tried to make up to us throughout stay. Good effort just not the same as Cancun. Have to mention Salvador our breakfast server for most mornigs - excellent! He gets it.

I've visited many hotels in the Dominican Republic, and this is the best. The food, service, and everything else is excellent. It's just a little boring at night because there aren't many nightlife options, and the nightclub is boring. Afterwards, everything's fine.
