In the middle of busy roads and not near to beach

The hotel is in a great location and the area is very walkable. It is on two noisy roads though so there's a lot of traffic noise at night. Our room had a big balcony but you wouldn't want to sit out there with the traffic/fumes etc. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast at the cafe was good. Pool area was fine. Didn't try the gym.

Nicely appointed rooms. Staff was very informative and pleasant at check in. Many transportation options to get around South Beach.

Hotel was clean and in good condition, room was comfortable, hotel team were very nice and helpful. The property itself is pretty generic and very no thrills. Not much of a lobby.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! The amenities were amazing from a beach bag in our room to Denise, the shuttle driver. Kimpton Palomar has thought of everything! I would happily stay there again!

Love this hotel

Overall it was a great stay and it exceeded my/our expectations. Staff were friendly, informative, and eager to help. Special thanks to making my/our stay so much fun and memorable is Leonel (Leo), Rooftop Bar Manager, who went over and above in hospitality; Facundo, friendly, dependable Bellman, and Denise, shuttle driver and tour guide who was so warm & friendly, informative and eager to accommodate us by taking us to and from our destinations and sharing her knowledge of tourist areas was a big plus!

Great location, friend staff nice rooms with spacious terraces lovely rooftop pool with 360 view of Miami.

The Palomar does a good job at maintaining the high standards one expects with the Kimpton brand. The only issue was the kettle that was brought to our room wasn’t clean. Other than that everything was lovely. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff every day.
