The room was very clean and everything was new looking. The staff I never met because it was an unmanned facility. The emails explaining the STRICT restrictions were excessive. I did not dare turn on any of the AC or anything that required power because of the STRICT rules they emailed so many times. There is a free laundry that you use at your own risk. You can hear everything in the hallway and if someone walks with heavy feet, you’ll be able to hear it clearly in your room. The elevator was super tiny. The room was a good size for what Japan rooms are usually. Furniture was more of IKEA furniture. Just beware of all the fines and restrictions that are in place at this facility. Like do not talk or be loud after 9:00PM. My last night was dreadful there because another room checked in and they were in the street yelling and laughing and walking through the hallways loudly talking. So much for the STRICT restrictions that I worried about so much. Everything is far from this hotel. The only thing nearby is Universal Studios. Everything else is at least 30 minutes away or a $30 taxi/Uber ride to and from. The transit system is very overwhelming unless you know how to use it very well. I got lost too many times and the line dropped me off with a 22 minute walk back to the hotel which would be ok if I had not been out shopping for 12 hours and carrying four bags full of merchandise.

Pretty nice rooms! Has an elevator. The best shower I had was in this hotel out of the my entire stay in Japan. Has a 7/11 only 3 min walk away! Left out one star because it is far walk from a train station, ended up taking a taxi.

Clean room and nice location

Room was spotless, confortable to atay with.

It was great walking distance to the train a very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent room not far from chidoribashi, and only a short walk from other stations Shops and restaurants nearby. Room clean with air conditioning, hotplate and shower)toilet. Laundry room on ground floor

In the middle of a residential area so it was kinda quiet. If you want to go to places you'll have to walk allot. Free laundry

We loved this property. Its was well located for our time at Universal Studios as well as the Osaka Aquarium. Clean, comfortable and the host was excellent. I highly recommended this property, especially if your on a budget.

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotalu. Our apartment was clean and cozy. I stayed with my family of 3, and recommend this place. Our only issue was that it was a bit far from the metro station, but the bus stop was close, so we used a bus to get to the city center. 7/11 was just around the corner which was super convenient. Plus the washer and dryer is available for free on the first floor. Overall, great host, lovely apartment. Loved our stay

Very conveniently located close to train station. We enjoyed our stay here. Only minor issue was that the pillows are hard as rocks.

As someone who has never traveled out of the country, this was an amazing first hotel to use. The owners communicated everything very timely and the price was amazing. The walk to universal wasn’t bad either so the location is perfect. We would pick this hotel again for another trip.

It’s a nice little room for a family to stay together close to the Universal Studio. Not fancy but it’s an affordable option.

お部屋は良かったのですが、お布団シーツ類が湿っている感じがしました。折りたたみベッドでかなりの数ダニに刺され、初日以外使えませんでした。また夜大騒ぎしているゲストの方々がいました。金額重視したので仕方がないのかと思います。

Spacious, clean, well-equiped, and great price. This was the best value of any of the places that we stayed in while in Japan.

We took this as it was closish to Universal Studios. But it wasn't particularly close to a train station and a long walk to US, so cabs were needed. It's great that this had it's own mini-kitchen, but we had been spoiled by our first hotel (one of the Minn chain) which was similar but nicer. So check out Minn hotels before you book this! Or, if visiting Universal, maybe get one of the many hotels next to it, as the area there has far more amenities and restaurant choices (the area around this hotel is more residential, though there was a covered shopping area not far away).

We loved to staying at yusha's place!! It was so clean and convenient !!! Would stay again!!
