This hotel was awesome , beautiful,very nice and clean, breakfast was delicious, music, housekeeping very nice ladies, front desk was ok I feel they could of been more friendly , when I asked a question is like it was a bother f, to get in touch with hotel was a hassle, I tried calling them a day before arrival no answer, hotel .com had a hard time getting in touch with them as well , we tried to reserve to get hotel transportation to pick us up but since we couldn’t get in touch, got a taxi to get there. Other than that everything was great! Security on point always making sure who was coming in and out , malls , gas stations near buy , location was great…

Old installations, needs upgrades

The furniture at main entry abd elevator lobbies is old and dated? Should be cleaned or replaced? Otherwise great hotel and service. Thanks

Front desk manager Gabriela was exceptional, very friendly and helpful, Lizzy front desk very nice, very friendly, Tony at the pool bar, very cordial, very helpful, attentive, the morning staff at the cafeteria Sarahi and Katherine very attentive. Im beyond happy with the staff and services from the hotel.

Loved the staff, enjoyed the breakfast and close to the mall and other convenient stores.

Great staff and accommodations. Food is fair but not all of the options were open. The beds are very comfortable.
