Me hubiera gustado que haya Room Service (servicio de la habitación), tuve que esperar como unos cinco minutos en la entrada para hacer el checking porque llegué me imagino una hora Pico y se demoraron un poquito en atenderme para darme la llave, etc. pero todo muy bien si me volvería a quedar la comida espectacular

Hotel delivers more than the price i paid. Room clean and sheets soft. Bright room. Breakfast great. It is a full breakfast

The price is budget is price friendly, i like the restaurant, food price is decent, food tastes yummy. staff are nice, everything is satisfactory.

The staff don’t know what they’re doing

The room was clean at the beginning of my stay and was maintained as such through my stay. The hotel staff is very professional and courteous. What I also really enjoyed was the hotel restaurant, excellent breakfast and meals at any time.

Place was, clean, professional staff, and great location.

The ac kept leaking everytime I turned it on. It was an okay room for the price though.

Easy check in. Great price for the location and fantastic staff. Breakfast is very good but fills up quick. My only comment is that the staff in the restaurant wasn't very attentive and usually on their phone. But overall I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

It was more a brunch

Is a great place for a short stay specially if you are in a business trip. The staff is real friendly and the overall cleanliness of the room is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Ibis hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, even the coffee machine made excellent cappuccinos. When the weather turned cold in the evenings, we asked the reception to unlock the thermostat so we could turn off the heating. They mentioned it wasn’t possible but kindly provided us with a portable heater instead, which worked perfectly. The only issue we experienced was that my friend’s pajamas went missing from the bed. We informed reception, and they later explained that the housekeeping staff had taken them to be washed and that they were found. However, since this happened on our last night, we had already checked out and couldn’t retrieve them. It was a bit strange and unexpected from a hotel that otherwise provided such professional and attentive service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but we hope they review their housekeeping procedures to avoid similar incidents in the future.

The doors are very thin at this hotel so you get hallway noise but otherwise this place rocks!
