The hotel offers good value for the price, but be aware that the rooms are on the smaller side. I inquired about an upgrade, only to learn that all the rooms are the same size, which might be a challenge if you’re traveling with a family of four. The stand-in shower was a nice touch, although I wish the handheld showerhead had more settings. The on-site restaurant was underwhelming — the food lacked flavor, and the staff seemed a bit unenthusiastic when asked for extras. Interestingly, service improved noticeably after tipping, which left a better final impression. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both comfort and hospitality.

I stayed in 3 different hotels in Quito, I would come back to Ibis next time. My spanish is very broken, the staff was very helpful and patient. The rooms were clean and the restaurant is reasonably priced

The hotel is far from the airport. I really liked that the breakfast was not traditional continental breakfast. They had a variety of fruits, rice and meats.
