Pros: large room with lots of outlets. Free wifi. Coffee always available in the main area. Friendly staff at front desk. Cons: Hotel is a little challenging to get to. It was okay, but definitely seemed alittle worn down in some areas. The main area seemed pretty clean and over all decent. The room was big, however its wasn't dirty but it wasn't exactly clean to the standards I am used to. The bathroom floor was a bit grubby and the vanity cabinetry didn't seem like it had been cleaned or dusted well. The bathroom sink was a little leaky and the fridge never cooled down. The pool was closed for repair, which was a huge bummer! (One of the reason I booked this hotel.)the area its located seemed a bit questionable as far a saftey goes. The garage parking was nice, however again could be questionable for saftey reasons. There's no security access required to drive into or out of the garage. So that was a little concerning. The free breakfast was okay nothing super amazing. Over all it was okay. Not the best not the worse. I would probably choose a different hotel in the future. At least the staff was very nice!

Having booked through a third party, confirming the reservation prior to arriving was near impossible Our front desk consierge Jeff was super helpful in resolving the issue of dual Res. #'s With that issue resolved, at check in I was bombarded with close to $200 additional fees I wasn't informed until that moment, and that was to to be returned, but am still waiting The only true complaints I can say I have with this location is that nearly zero housekeeping staff spoke English, claim they tend to rooms every four days or at check out, which was unacceptable to us When I asked that our bedding be changed the response was 'No' and due to linguistic barriers a staffer told me I 'can try to ask' but otherwise I should find a way to communicate what I would need But my deepest disappointment was that the (indoor) heated pool (pre checked) was in fact shut down for maintenance our entire stay Over All: 3*** Special Mentions to Yolanda and Jeff!

Our stay was pretty good overall. Bummed we didn't see the pool closure notice until after check in with littles. Enjoyed the suite- style room for traveling with littles. When taveling with littles we always worry about noise, so I appreciated where we were olaced within the hotel. Parking was slick.

Overall, I was pleased with the trip. Four nights were decent. Walls are a little thin, next-door child crying late night was a bit much. I get it's difficult with a baby that cries, but thin walls meant I lost sleep one night. Breakfast is coming back after Covid, but the Breakfast was very limited here, maybe 2 1/2 stars for food. Treadmills had issues, workout area needs attention and maintenance. Pool was closed so bummer. Bed and room were otherwise decent. Shower was great walk in. Staff was great and I liked the parking garage making me feel a bit safer overall.

Roomy, clean, friendly, comfortable beds, good value, free breakfast, breakfast like a lot of hotel self serve breakfast bars, some cold breakfast sandwiches, but a variety to chose from, small pool, weird parking garage, parking charge but a lot of places charge for parking, would stay again.

I booked the room at Homes 2 Suites for a getaway for my husband's Birthday. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. It was a great atmosphere. The only complaint is that they did not tell me I had to pay for parking, but Tom at the front desk took care of me after I talked to him about it. I would definitely stay here again.
