Clean room, excellent amenities and location to many shops and restaurants. Staff was always polite and wanting to help.

It’s a good hotel, can be cleaner

The hotel is in a good location. The smaller rooms are made such that the shower is in the same room as the bedroom. While this might or might not be your preference, the problem is that when there is a bad smell from the drain (which was the case in our room) it seeps into the whole room. Not very comfortable, in other words.

It was my worst check-in ever due to some misunderstanding, confusion, and a hostile front desk woman. After 1.5 hours, a wonderful person sorted things out and checked me in. From there on it was a wonderful stay. All other staff (including guest relations managers) I encountered were friendly and warm.

The staff was excellent

They switched me to a different hotel (supposedly an upgrade) without informing me. The "upgrade" room was in a sub-basement with no view, and I had to carry my bags up from the sub-basement up the stairs. The restaurants and bar were overpriced and had poor service.

Our vacation in Africa started at the Trademark hotel. The staff were amazing and welcoming. I loved their smiles. They made us feeling relax and comfortable. Very nice hotel to stay at. I highly recommend it. The location is nice, just a little bit away from downtown Nairobi.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming and extremely organized and efficient.

Very clean room, staff very friendly, great location and safe.

There was lots of construction noise and conference noise so I requested to be moved to a quieter area. Was pleased when they upgraded me to a suite on the 8th floor that was much more quiet. I was able to relax, work, and get myself ready for a work trip. Breakfast at Harvest is always great, love Pasta Republic and Hero for dinner. Will be back
