Convenient transportation, near the station and shopping mall, can check in and pick up by yourself.

The reception area is very small, it makes the room very full especially if many guests leave their luggage in the area. The check-in process takes some time because there are so many steps and they are repeatable. But the check-out process is very easy, so great! The location is good, walking distance to Aeon mall and to Kyoto station. Overall good.

The air is still cold, the AC/Heater in the room is already on at 30°, but it's still cold, a bit chilly, but the blankets are immediately warm.

Friendly staff, the room is quite big compared to the ones I stayed in Tokyo and Osaka, the price is also cheaper.

Breakfast service was not used. There probably isn't any. The hotel is still new and compact. Quite far from Kyoto Station. But it's close to Aeon Mall, which I really like.

One step from ION mall and 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station. New hotel with small but neat rooms and self check in & out service (when we entered there were staff, but not when we left). Easy to get everywhere because it is close to the train station and bus stop.

Convenient location, next to Aeon Mall selling many cheap foods, you can buy and use the microwave.

Kamarnya adem, juga lebih luas bisa buka koper dibawah. Kamar mandi juga nyaman banget. Suka dengan shampo dan body shower yang ada scent green tea yang khas. Tersedia hairdryer juga. Dekat stasiun kyoto tapi perlu jalan sekitar 10-15menit gitu lah. Overall oke dan staf baik walaupun bahasa inggris nya terbatas.

This is a self service hotel. There are no receptionist outside of check in time. The hotel is clean, but no room service to clean our room. The hotel offers coin laundry. Around 400 m to Kyoto Station. Overall we had a good stay here.

The hotel building is still new, clean and comfortable. Strategic location close to Kyoto station, just walk. Exit the hotel and find Aeon Mall, lots of places to eat there.

The hotel very nice. Bigger room compare other hotel with similar price. Quite strategic. 300m or 10 min walk to railway kyoto central. 3 min. Just a short jump to AEON mall. Easy to get good and cheap food at the supermarket. The minus is one. We have been charge by extra government tax without our notice earlier. Even online agent did not mention this at the booking page of this hotel. The charges is for per person. I have to pay 1200 yen for 2 person for 3 days.
