The room was clean , amenities was ok they could do better the staff was very welcoming and polite.

Villa Alizee is probably the best and friendliest place we have stayed in the 4weeks we have spent on this island so far. We were made extremely welcome on our arrival. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished and we had a lovely patio overlooking the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee was available at all times. Breakfasts were made personally to order as were the evening meals. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Our hire-car was kept secure in a large on-site compound. Ideal place to stay when you are visiting St Louis, Pamplmouse, Sugar adventure. Also close to the sea to watch the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again. A big "Thank You" to Oliver and Onda for making our stay at Villa Alizee so special.

We really enjoyed the place. Oliver and the crew was so nice and helpful and provided us all the information we needed. Great hospitality! We we'll definitely recommend.

I was disappointed when I arrived to be told that for some reason (the actual explanation was not given) I could not stay at Villa Alizee, but rather they were placing me at another place nearby. My replacement lodging was not a hotel, but rather an apartment above someones house. While it was clean and quiet, it was not what I had booked and did not feel private or secure (the balcony doors didn't lock for instance). There was also no parking inside their gates, which was one of the main extras I was looking for in my booking since I had a rental car I was responsible for. Overall, the management was friendly and tried to be accomodating but I did not appreciate not being informed before my arrival or being offered to have my reservation cancelled so I could book elsewhere.

The venue itself was great and the service was excellent! The breakfast was especially nice. I was upgraded to a larger room after the first night and found the hosts most accommodating.. I'd definitely stay here again! My only con for the place was that the locality was a bit removed so it's more convenient to move around if you have a car.. there's nowhere to really walk around to in the neighborhood in the evenings. Other than this it was an awesome experience!
