Five star service. Excellent hotel, I stayed for 3 nights would definitely stay again. Only downside is there is nothing around the hotel and it's a 15-20 min taxi ride to town at $15 each way so not easy to pop out and the hotel food is expensive.

I was nervous coming to Oman but the hotel was so welcoming and the service is like a 5 star hotel. While close to the airport (maybe a 12 min ride roughly) there nothing in the area you can not walk to town or a restaurant be aware everything is a 15+ min taxi ride away and taxis are expensive

Ther are very generous for kids.

We liked the vibes in all areas. The kindness of start from reception to housekeeping, catering and SPA. Thanks to spa manager for his generosity

Beautiful hotel but very far from the city center.

Great facility close to the airport

Stayed here just one night but enjoyed the modern amenities and the breakfast buffet and patio was fabulous!! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Good business hotel, large gym and great dining options. Surprised the wifi was not working well.

I would stay here again and I was impressed with the hotel and staff. Positives - the staff (especially pool / ‘the catch’ resturant staff are so amazing and friendly! (some other staff were on their phones a lot which kinda put me off) We checked in at 10am which was amazing when we never requested an early check in Breakfast was amazing !!!! Such a large choice and so nice to have the option of a buffet or table service ! Again, staff were lovely Negatives The pool facilities were slightly disappointing, the hotel definitely has the grounds for a bigger, more impressive pool which I think it really needs for it to reach the 5 star rating. The hotel has 2 pools, the larger one being under shade which is not what I liked as I wanted to be in the sun and the other one was much smaller, in comparison to other Muscat hotels the pool is quite disappointing so if you’re looking for a pool holiday or a pool for kids I would probably avoid ! We often got gifts from housekeeping staff which is lovely but we did get stale bread, probably from the breakfast from the day before, on one occasion which wasn’t great!

Close to the airport and very peaceful

Despite notifying of late checkin and requesting airport pickup, the hotel did not arrange the taxi and called me a no show when I checked in. I had received an email that concierge will get back to me but then heard nothing. I did get the room and did not receive any help to take up my luggage either This is not what I expect from a 5 star rated hotel

I booked a room for 3 adults but on arrival it was prepared for 2 only. I had to ask 3 different people including the reception for extra stuff for the third person and no one helped. On the second day when we switched the light on for room cleaning I lift a written message to the room service personnel who eventually brought me all what we needed.

Beautiful view of desert , great food and friendly staff.

I attended a meeting at the Congress Centre which was 5 minutes walk. Everyone worked hard to make our stay pleasant
