The room was very comfortable and modern, with perfectly working air conditioning (essential for a Summer trip to Valencia). The bathroom was also clean and modern too with a very good shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We used the restaurant and bar area, which were beautifully decorated and remained cool and well ventilated. The food for the evening meal and breakfasts were excellent and we noticed lots of people using the restaurant that were local and not guests so it definitely had a good reputation. I would recommend this hotel as it was really conveniently located and we enjoyed exploring the older area of Valencia. However, it was very close to the main shopping centre with lots of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

Could not recommend a place more. The location was perfect. The room modern and spotless. And the waterfall shower was ideal after a day walking the city. All staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10.

Beautifully designed hotel. Staff were really nice - it was our anniversary and they had a bottle of cava waiting for us in our room. The room was spacious enough, and it was a nice touch having a Dyson hairdryer. Great location - easily walkable to the majority of the must-see spots. Would stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel in a fairly central location close to the metro, but being in amongst pedestrianised back streets it's also quiet. It's walking distance to a most of the central sites. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms aren't large but are well furnished and maintained.

Excellent stay!

LOVE this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Plan to eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Lots of people came to eat at the restaurant that weren't even staying at the hotel. Didn't eat breakfast but if dinner was any indication it would have been great. Rooms were very nice. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Great location just a short walk to the main square. If we go back to Valencia we would stay there again.

This is a fabulous hotel Situated in a calm and quiet area, within easy reach of the old city, 5 min walk to the cathedral Bus stops at the end of the street Perfect room, the trrrace was a lovely addition Staff amazing and very helpful, especially Sandra, who always had suggestions and information to hand Lovely bar area Would definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable, walkable for the major attractions. Every detail inside of the room makes you feel at home. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant was very good. Fantastic 5 stars!!

Location Is unbeatable. Staff incredibly helpful: Guillermo was the best hotel staff person I’ve ever encountered, while Victoria and Ikram were also great. Room was small but bed was super comfortable and shower excellent. Great place to stay at 4 star level.

Awesome place

The rooms are small but well equipped and very clean The hotel is in an excellent central location in the old town,quiet at night busy during the day however it is a city so to be expected. Breakfast was good but limited options. Staff are excellent. The hotel bar and restaurant are open to non residents so there is always a good atmosphere,both the food and drink here are very good.

Helen Berger is a super little boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia. Perfectly placed for all the sites of the old town and further. Rooms are small, very clean and quietly sophisticated. Staff were very helpful at all times providing seamless check-in, bike hire and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is popular with locals and provides a relaxed bar experience.
