They would not address the issues with no running water or electricity for 4 days❤️

i dont see how such a property can be listed on this platform. an absolute travesty, AVOID THIS PLACE. when we arrived no working electricity, rotten food served and initial refusal to process our refund. They even had the nerve to keep 1 nights charge on although we never stayed a night there.

It is important to note that there was no airport shuttle service available. Secondly, the room was clean. However, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable due to frequent power outages. The staff should be commended for attempting to mitigate the inconvenience caused by their standard business practice of not advertising amenities or services as expected. During my stay, I experienced a significant issue with the shower water pressure. I had to request two buckets of water to complete my first shower, and I found myself without running water in the middle of the shower. On my first night, I observed that the power went out approximately ten times, and the generator was activated each time. It would have been beneficial to have a dedicated inverter for specific devices, such as televisions and the internet, to minimize the noise for guests while they block away the constant interuptions. Additionally, the soccer field located upstairs was another source of noise that was difficult to ignore. The sound of the kicking of the ball and running-stumps was particularly bothersome, especially on a Saturday morning. It appears that soccer games were also played in the early evenings. In summary, the noise, the lack of adequate water pressure, and the unreliable Wi-Fi connection are significant factors that potential clients should consider before booking a stay at this establishment. The hotel is approximately 45-50 minutes away from the airport.

Things changed from my first stay . Second time lots of consturction , no generator for lights and running water was off most times

Room was nice and clean , staff amazing great service and prices affordable

Although I should have received a free breakfast I didn’t I had to pay for it but overall I enjoyed my stay there

No place for shopping and the food was too expensive. I paid for breakfast but they said it’s complimentary breakfast that they did not see that I paid for breakfast. Pool closed at 6pm before I returned from my day activities. Which was not good. I asked for extended time but was not given an opportunity for that. So I never got to use the pool

Was a good place to stay staff was very nice but building needs some upkeep but would recommend your establishment

I booked this hotel based on phoney ratings from Hotel.com. First of all, the location of the hotel using google map is totally different from actual place on ground - 12 km apart. It took me over 2 hours and a local guide to trace the facility. Then the huge one, the hotel manager did not trace any booking in my name, despite the fact that Hotel.com took the full amount for my stay from my debit card. Manager insisted that no money was paid to them by Hotels.com. Called Hotels.com number and automated voice prompt wasn’t useful. Hotel manager took my contact information and promised that if Hotels.com later remitted the money, he would contact me for a full refund. I was left with no other option than to get another nearby hotel and use. Four days later, I am still waiting. I am left to conclude that this is a deliberate fraudulent act and still considering next course of action. I am also considering whether Hotels.com is meant for me after this disaster.

Internet was patchy most of the time and the place was noisy- noise from their pool and a church across from them blared music.

This was unexpected to get such quality hotel with such price!!! I highly recommend to all ! Very friendly staff and cleanliness and gym / indoor swimming facility are another treat!!
