Hotel managed to re arrange our airport pickup when we got an earlier flight with no hassle. Alan the taxi guy was lovely. Reception and room porter were very friendly. Lovely room and thanks to John our room cleaner. Good choice of food. Cocktails were way too strong. Service at bars and restaurants was a bit slow. Gardeners and security staff were great. Need more waiters serving drinks round the pool. Rooms need a pull out clothes dryer on the balconies and milk sachets for the coffee. We loved our stay here

The area is very nice the staff are lovely and friendly rooms are clean and fully air conditioned foods are delicious and have many choices to choose all drinks are available till midnight with service on your table, the part wasn’t comfortable going to the beach because there were so many people try to sell you their products continue with harassment however you can walk on the beach freely and peacefully

This all inclusive resort provided all the amenities to relax after our safari and more! Highly rated cleanliness, beautifully decorated, offering multiple activities for adults & children it also maintained our safety within its gated walls. Though we walked few streets during the day without any incident. Street vendors promote their businesses but no issues.

I had a great time at the resort. The staff was excellent and very attentive to my needs. I would stay there again when I visit Diani Beach.

I stayed here for two nights as part of a tour through Kenya. I was welcomed at the reception with a lovely welcome drink on check-in. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and attentive. As a solo black female traveller, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was treated very well by all! The resort itself is stunning with lovely grounds. The gardens are well kept and you may see the odd monkey lurking about. I had half board for my stay. There was an incredible food selection for both breakfast and dinner. The chef made special gluten free food for both as well. I had a sea facing room. The room was beautiful but the decor is a little dated / tired. There is a kettle in the room with free tea bags and coffee.

Fresh and tasty every single meal, fast service in any bar, by pool, beach and table. Only room layout and construction lag behind 5*.

Great, budget-friendly, and beautiful resort with direct beach access and security guards. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe there. The meat choices at the buffet were limited, but I noticed this everywhere in Kenya. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and amazing! The resort has stunning landscaping and unbeatable prices, and I would definitely stay there again.

Bedding and pillow were very smelly. Air-con unit was leaking on to balcony. Hotel is very dated and needs a refurb. Caters for mass European tour clients. Sunbeds always seem to be taken starting from 7 am. Mainly European clients, hotel doesn’t feel like being in Africa, lacks diversity. Stayed in other hotels at Diani at similar price/rating, but better quality.

Lovely stay. Excellent food. Nice rooms and comfortable bed. Pool could do with a clean as it turned any white swimwear green. However pool was great and a lovely kids splash pool and slide. Wonderful staff. Excellent location on the beach. Slightly tiresome attitude of other guests out at dawn with towels to reserve sunloungers however loungers are plentiful and staff can assist. We travelled with two small children so would have benefitted from more sun umbrellas for shade. Bring a sun tent if you are travelling with children. Overall very nice and would stay again.

Lovely stay made better by the warm welcome from the reception staff and stunning room with a view of the sea. I was a little apprehensive about my stay from some other reviews from black travellers. I was treated very well by all staff including those in the dining areas. I never once felt as if I was ignored or served slower than guests from Europe. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The food was great with a good gluten free selection at the buffet including baked gluten free goods (made from maize) for breakfast. The chefs were great at preparing separate food as well if asked for that was gluten-free. My room was beautiful although a little worn. The ambience and cleanliness of the property was otherwise stunning. Location also good not far from Ukunda airport. I was also very pleased to find out that Uber also works in Diani so it was easy to transfer to the airport.

I would like ice cream to be more readily available.

We had a great time at this resort. The facility is well taken care of. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. I loved watching the Velvet monkeys going from tree to tree. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon.
