Didn't realise the ablutions were seperate from the rooms, but it was actually fine as we're used to camping and were only sleeping over 1 night. Comfortable enough beds. Not much dressing space in shower cubicle. We ate in the restaurant and had the BEST Springbok steaks EVER!

I drove for 8 hours from Cape Town South Africa, on my way to Swakopmund, stopping over in Grunau, Namibia, as a rest stop. It's a VERY quiet little town just over 130km from the SA/Namibia border. Dinner was an extra, but wow what a dinner. The meal was roasted lamb with pap and sous. My first time eating pap, I looked forward to it on my return leg of my journey, where I would be stopping again at this quaint little rest stop.

Easy to find by train station in centre of small town. Very helpful receptionist and pleasantly surprised by room which was en suite with fridge, kettle tea and coffee supplied. Quiet location and well organised with stylish country restaurant big bar and lounge with large outside sitting area in the shade. I ate dinner which was nice and at a good price. Breakfast was served efficiently and at time requested. This place is better than previous reviews suggest and I thoroughly recommend it.

Weg zu den Duschen und integrierten Toiletten zu sandig. Kombination vier Duschen und gleich daneben im selben Raum folgend die vier Toiletten sind doch sehr fragwürdig. Stört beim Duschen, wenn gleich nebenan jemand sein Geschäft verrichtet
