these staffs are the worst!! i saw cockroaches in my room in my bed and also lizard the staffs are very hostile and act like they are not paid for what they do furthermore the toilets latch was not working. while i was at the parking answering a call they decided to close the shutter infront of my face so yea not coming again and would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy

Good rooms and service to The room is at reasonable price so it worth visiting

Rooms are bit old but spacious and good

The room was quite big and specious, the view from the hotel is also amazing. The location is little far from the city centre, but it still within walking distance. The lift was not working when we visited and room was on 4th floor, also they had twin beds which were quite big, but a single queen bed would have been better. The service is OK, but lacks promptness, they couldn't fix the lift in a day, also no digital payment is available. Overall a good property but not an exceptional one.

Worst hotel in Bhutan with unfriendly greedy and unaccomadating owner. The ac don’t even work in the most expensive rooms. I paid full price for that room. They just gave excuses. Never go to this place. Bhutanese shouldn’t be like this owner 😔
