The location was strategic, the staff were helpful, and the coin laundry was useful!

The staff were helpful when we checked in. The rooms were small in space but everything was tidy, neat and clean. They have a coin laundry and dry service which was convenient. The location of the hotel was close to the subway and major shopping district in Ginza.

Clean and nice room, spacious enough for two people including 1 big and 1 medium luggages. Kind and friendly staffs. Only 10 mins walk to Ginza mall centre area and 15 mins to Tokyo Station, near Family Mart and Seven Eleven. They also allow us to keep our luggage after checkout until around 6 pm

for a middle class hotel, this hotel is very satisfactory.
