Great view, great food, staff are friendly.

The hotel is really fun. Lots of photo spots and the outdoor activities are also quite good. You can feed rabbits, ride a small boat, there's a pool too. Unfortunately, there are a lot of flies in the restaurant, hopefully they can be fixed soon. As for the room overall, it's good, the bed and sheets are clean, the bathroom is clean, there's a refrigerator so you can store food and drinks. But if possible, a hair dryer could be provided in the future.

Overall, I'd come back here alone or with friends and family. The service was very friendly from the reception staff, security guards, customer service, and resort staff; everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly. I'd recommend this place to others. The breakfast was pretty good, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were complete. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper, perhaps because they forgot or weren't provided. My favorite thing was the ambiance and the views around the hotel. The only downside is that if you don't have your own vehicle, it's a bit difficult to get an online motorcycle taxi.

Stayed at Rancabango for 2 nights, beautiful scenery with paddy field and clear view of the mountains. Breakfast not much variety but all taste good and thats what matters right. On the main road not too far from hotel we can find lots of local food stall that open in the morning and in the afternoon, like pasar kaget.. The air is clean and fresh, bit cold in the morning. Really enjoyable experience

The service was fast and very friendly, especially Mr. Miman, who was excellent. Special requests were even ready upon arrival. The atmosphere is cool and close to the food court. The staff are incredibly friendly, making us feel very comfortable. My son was very happy here because the children's facilities were very adequate, and my son received a gift and children's slippers. Yesterday we were there and also got a free BBQ for 2 people. The food was really delicious and there was a lot of variety. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, from July 3, 2026, to July 5, 2026. From the start, I was impressed with the building's layout and amenities. It was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. The location on the outskirts of town made it perfect for morning jogging.

Ranca Bango is one of the affordable hotels with good facilities in Garut. It is located on Jl Ibrahim Adjie which is currently viral in Garut because of its CFD. It is suitable for jogging in the morning plus there are many culinary options on the street, one of which is Surabi Eden which is currently viral. Eat surabi with a view of rice fields, mountains, and gardens early in the morning. Awesome. The location is just walking distance from the hotel because it is close. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. For breakfast, there is a variety, but in terms of taste it needs to be improved. The play facilities are very good, the kids really like the rabbit park. Get free carrots to feed the rabbits. The staff is friendly and kind, golf cart delivery to the villa location. The room was generally comfortable and clean. However, I did find one small insect in the room. Since the room has a balcony facing the outside, the insect likely entered from outside. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to the mattress area in the future to improve guest comfort.

The service is great, the staff is very friendly, they really give you what you ask for and are served well. Unfortunately, there is no telephone that can be used if you need something. Yesterday there was a frog in the room, but we didn't do anything because we couldn't call the staff. Hopefully, that can be fixed. The food is very delicious, nothing is wrong. There are many facilities, you can also feed the rabbits, and they give you lots of carrots.
