The atmosphere is nice, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is ok, close to the city center, the view is really nice, there is a rabbit park and you can feed the rabbits, suitable for those who want to staycation with family

Comfortable hotel atmosphere and friendly staff

We had a fantastic stay, beautiful surrounding and great service from staffs

the hotel staff is very friendly..especially pa myman who always helps us while enjoying dinner & breakfast..the food tastes good and on weekend nights there is live music + we can join in singing..clean swimming pool..a very suitable place for a staycation with family..only 1 thing that needs to be updated is the wifi network..hopefully in the future it will be much better.. 🙏

The view from this hotel is really nice. In the morning, the mountain is really clear 😍 Everything was ok, what needs to be improved is maybe the breakfast choices are not very varied and the taste is not that great in my opinion.

The hotel is very comfortable, from the rooms to the surrounding environment. Around the hotel there are rice fields plus a very beautiful mountain view. The service is also very good, suitable for a staycation.

Super duper friendly staff, fun with rice field atmosphere. A little input for the swimming pool, make another special pool for children under 1 meter.

I really like this resort.. the view, the cleanliness, the food and the crew, especially Mr. Myman, are very helpful and polite.. after the construction of the front part is finished, it will definitely be even better because the view from the room can be seen clearly.. keep up the good work.

Wifi needs to be improved. Yesterday I was in room 104 and the wifi was quite slow.

A pleasant stay experience. I think all in one at the resort, no need to go anywhere. Want to see the rice fields, there is an artificial lake, want to feed rabbits, there is, want to swim, if you want to take instagrammable photos, it is provided, if you want to take pictures of mountain views, it is very possible, if you want to play boats, there is, you can feed the fish, the air is cool and refreshing. The receptionist is kind, polite, and helpful. we were picked up and dropped off by golf car. When we arrived at the room, there was a bellboy knocking on the door and it turned out to be a cake, it was really a surprise.. at first I thought the cake would be on the table, but it was delivered. The room was decorated and there were welcome greetings.. the service was the best, hopefully it will be maintained..

First time staying at Ranbidango, the atmosphere is comfortable, cool, friendly staff, recommended for family vacations
