Very good. Comfortable, clean room.

I don't like rooms that are too dark.

There are red towels, parking is made difficult, you have to go downstairs, while in front of the lobby is only for valet, so if it's not busy, valet parking can be used for hotel customers, so there's no need to park downstairs again.

Strategic location, connected to the mall. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, it's okay.

The toilet floor is super slippery, yesterday I even slipped on the toilet while taking a shower.

The management was very kind and helpful. I had difficulties rescheduling, and they helped me out.

One of my wishlist hotel because of proximity to all resto and cafes in PIK. Parking is surprisingly easy, there's a dedicated area for hotel parking. Breakfast is superb, what can go wrong from Chinese National resto.

The staff were very professional and quick to respond to something we needed.
