The beds were very uncomfortable. The front desk staff were a bit arrogant.

Great place for a weekend. Check in and check are very slow.

I did not like : the breakfast and the lunch from the restaurant , I did like : the room , mine was 218, big and quiet, I stayed one night on a Thursday.

All the employees were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. All the time everyone has to wear mask and everything looked good

This is one of my go to places for rest/relaxation without venturing out. Food is great, service is always wonderful and staff is attentive to everything. Management had to drive me to Novaqua Spa, I mentioned I had the “top” man helping me, he replied “no the top person are our guests”. That’s how I always feel since staying with them in 2015 onwards.

The facilities and the service was great...the thermal swimming pool and the clay therapy is really nice

Nice place but very disappointed to find out that people from outside can pay fee dollars and use the pool! They have a public pool already next to the Hosteria. I was looking for a relaxing time in the termal water with my family but there were kids diving, people swimming and raising , and nobody there to stop them. I guess there are no rules for the pool! Next time I can stay somewhere much cheaper and pay $8 for the entrance !

Staff was great, the hotel is clean and updated. But my favorite part was the food at the onsite restaurant

What an extraordinary place. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean and ample. Great customer service at reception, restaurant and spa. Beautiful architecture. Ample parking. Food was delicious, the free breakfast is great and dinner menu is varied with fair prices. We visited their spa and enjoyed the whole day. Beds were comfortable. Definitely a place to be back.

Enjoyed the pools. A bit from centro but quick cab ride.
