First room was nice and clean, and the second room I rented looked like there was a major fight in it. It has a big hole in the drywall and the fridge is all dented like someone punched it repeatedly

I was disappointed with my stay as there was no staff available to assist me when I needed help. I also left my key in the room, but there was no one to ask for assistance. This lack of staff availability made my stay unpleasant and frustrating. I hope the hotel can improve their customer service in the future.

I stayed at this place for 3 months straight in the same room. they hired some new guy who flirted with me in a sexual way and when I didn't show interest he started making all these crazy ass complaints and problems even thought the whole time I was there before that I never not once had any issues or complaints around my room.. he eventually ended up goin in my room when I wasnt there and finding reasons to kick me out even though my rent was paid up for another 3 days.

The lady at the front desk was very nice to deal with and the check in was quick and painless. The downside was the condition of the ceiling, bathtub faucets, bad repairs of the wall probably do to the door handle breaking a hole in the wall at some past time. The kicker was the vinyl chair in the corner, the arms and head rest area was visibly worn to the point it should be reupholstered or thrown out. Lifting up the cushion, it was deplorable. Filthy!!!! I didn't dare sit in it. The pictures are worth a 1000 words.

First key to my room didn’t work after making keys 3 times, then got moved to a 2nd room where the air conditioner did not work and the water in the toilet kept running; 3 rd room the microwave burned out!!! Ridiculous! I asked for a manager they said not available! No discount on the $89 room!!

Property looked clean on arrival. Check in went smoothly and staff was nice. Got to the room. There was hair in 2 of the towels that we attempted to use. The refrigerator didn’t work. You could hear the entrance doors slamming all night. Staff was rude when I checked out and told her the issues, just asked if I wanted my receipt.

I'm disappointed by the experience this year at Woodspring Suites Indianapolis Airport South. I've been staying here for part of May for the last 3 years. The first year, the hotel seemed new. Then it started to degrade slightly, but this year it went downhill. It seemed like possibly there was a change of ownership and my theory is that the new owners were not ready to manage this property. There seem to be a lot more govt. sponsored tenants, and many of these tenants do not respect other people. When an associate checked in, they found they couldn't secure the door. There was SCREAMING at 11:30pm on the third floor and 4am on the first floor. Both warranted calling the police. The screaming on the 3rd floor happened every day throughout the day. Tenants like this need to be evicted right away. The garbage can out front was full for 4 days before it was emptied. They overbooked the hotel for the weekend. They said there were 47 people coming in that they wouldn't be able to accommodate. That is unacceptable. I understand this is a budget hotel, but no matter what price is being charged, it should include a clean, AVAILABLE room that is SAFE and secure. Sadly, we are forced to look elsewhere for future visits to this area because we can't afford to show up and be turned away. Accommodation guarantee is critical. It's sad to say that a franchised location in the CHOICE Hotel family is run this way. I did contact CHOICE hotel corporate and they opened up a case.

The Woodspring Suites was not ready for guests. They were short-staffed, changing out long-term tenants, a crowded lobby and did not have clean rooms. The desk clerk was honest and precise and said they would not have rooms for reserved guests and we should find other accommodations. I hope you can refund or cover the cost of my replacement reservation.

This hotel have roaches and the bed is so hard like a rock. The towels are super tiny and no enough pillows for two people. Never again stay on this hotel. Also at 4:30am fire alarm sound and look is normal there cuz nobody get out of their room. And the aisle smell so bad to food.
