We loved our stay here. Beautiful location and easy access to most anything you want or need. Friendly staff and perfect sunset view.

The location is away from the crowded beaches to the north, but just a short walk to water activites and water taxis. The accomodations are modest but well intentioned. The reception desk personnel are usual quite competent. The bar/restaurant staff is hit-or-miss, often lacking attention to detail or are difficult to communicate with in English. The pool is decent, but was underfilled for most of our stay, so filtration was turned off and staff manually pulled debris and bugs from the water on a schedule. The stone bridge over the pool and the waterslides are just dangerous.

Small but nice resort. The front desk staff was very kind and always helpful. The resort is a little dated but my room was always well cleaned. I did see two roaches in the bathroom and that scared my daughter badly. Again, the room was very clean! So it could just be one of those things. The breakfast was good but the fruit wasn't always fresh and one day the juice tasted a bit sour. We ate at the bar twice and the fish was very good. The chicken fingers were good too. Service was great as well. The beach was just a short walk from the resort and we really had a great time there. Lots of water activities there and we were able to get lounge chairs and umbrellas for free. My only advice is to be prepared to not have your towel changed everyday. On day two I was told that my towel should be put out to air dry because beach towels are not changed daily. Over my dead body would I use a dirty, salty beach towel twice. Not happening. I did speak with the manager on duty and she accommodated my request to change it daily. Some may be ok with reusing but I wasn't. Just a heads up. We used the pool once and it was nice and warm. It led to the bar which was very convenient. There is parking but it can be tight. Signage for the resort could be better. It's covered up by bushes so we almost missed it.

Great place for your HQ in Roatan! Walkable restaurants, shops, a little cafe, etc right along the beach. You can also do any island activity by boat or van as multiple excursion companies are represented along the beach.

Honestly the hotel was great and we felt comfortable. The service was pretty bad. All the workers were just a little grumpy and rude. The included breakfast would take over an hour sometimes. If you don’t care for that there are many restaurants nearby to choose from. Incredible location and scenery.

Don’t spend your money on here. The rooms smell bad, the staff is rude as heck. They moved my stuff and put in a trash bag. Water is piping hot, it will burn your skin.

It was very cute yet very average. The breakfast menu was limited. I have had better at a Quality Inn.

Caribe Tesoro is, without a doubt, the BEST place to stay in the West Bay. Beautiful grounds, Great Food, Quiet, and absolutely outstanding staff! I would not consider staying anywhere else...Thank You Everyone for Another Amazing Year ~ Your Friend ~ Vicki

This is a great property with a huge swimming pool and a pier going out over the ocean. Great location at the quieter end of the beach. Very competitive prices.

Most of the staff members were very rude. Extremely disappointing.

Property is old and in need if some updates. We arrived abd tge property was vacant. No kne staying there until the weekend. We asked for a change in our room as we assigned a room between the front desk and the housekeeping room, they couldn't/ wouldn't make the change. We asked if we could pay for an upgrade, still no? Just old? No hot water first day. Housekeeping was hit or miss so we just skipped tge service. Coffee pot but no coffee, filters or cups. So we had to go purchase what we needed. Breakfast was nice. All the help we encountered we were very friendly. Pool was very nice. We had to move from Los Rocas as they were full the second half of our trip and Caribe was right next door. It was just not comfortable and was run down with limited ammenities. It is for sale so maybe some of what is going on. Staff was kind. I wouldn't recommend.
