I would expect 4 pillows on the bed for this caliber of a hotel but only 2 pillows are offered. I would expect a smart TV for this new style of a hotel, but no. The coffee offered in the room is of little to no value. They should go back to instant coffee and take the fancy machine away. And no hot water at the bathroom sink, which in high-caliber hotels, they have. Location is great for shopping and dining.
