We loved it .staff was very friendly. They are very generous people we would definitely stay again . We had only booked 1 night I ended up coming back for a 2nd night .

The Hotel is nice, but it needs to be ungraded.

The hotel is central to the city. But the AC unit in the room was not working which made it a terrible sleepless night. When asked to move rooms the front desk advised that did not have any other rooms available...and at check out I wasn't even apologized to due to the Major inconvenience.

Every employee is attentive and have a smile on theyre faces. The room was equiped w/ ac & it got nice amd cold. The pool is smaller than the photos but still a joy to use. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is okay. I visited w/ my mother & they could only program one key. Other then that I would recommend the hotel.

This was a fun stay even thought we were there for business. It was a little noisy at night from dinning and music. This is in the heart of town and it’s lively. Kudos to Marta who is in charge of all good eats! You can get Lobster dinner dish for$21.

Did not like the place as they play music in the pool area very loud at 6:30 am, tried to complain and they did nothing about it. If you want to relax don’t stay at Tropico Inn. The staff did nothing about music while I was there!!!

Excessive traffic around the property.

Old, not updated. Beds are uncomfortable, bed sheets were old, AC unit noisy, no mini fridge or microwave, restroom was old the door was broken, they only offered one room card per room, dining area furniture was rusty

Reception desk was very slow, rooms are very outdated, they have party’s and the music is loud until very late … also doors and windows don’t have openings all around
