Not worth the money they charge. Rooms are very tiny, the breakfast is horrible, the food looked stale & unhygienic. Not recommended at all.

Still new-ish, very attractive art, lighting, carpets - clean and sparkling. Rooftop restaurant with decent fare. Bed firm and clean. No desk in rooms, so laptop work must be done on knees. Outlets, as in most mid-East hotels, are often loose and won't hold a plug. That and being few in number. Closer to Queen Alia Airport, so half the driving time and taxi fare than in Amman proper. Seems over my four stays here that it is a popular wedding/event destination. However, if you are not part of the party, forget trying to watch TV or even sleep while the joyous party goes on above, resounding through thin floors/ceilings. It is past 9pm, early in the hot Middle East, for dinner and socializing, but if you have a flight or just want some peace and quiet, forget it. Personnel are attentive; English is a stretch for some wait staff, but hey, I haven't tried very hard to learn Arabic. Attractive, clean , new....I suspect that the thin construction may not bode well down the road, but for now, pleasant, until the party upstairs starts. I will bear the time and taxi fare burden to go into Amman in future.

The property was beautiful from the outside, the rooms are little outdated but have all necessary items! We had room service and they made a mistake on our order twice! It has breakfast included but charged me for some watermelon even though my kid never came to eat breakfast !

Our stay was just one night, but we wish we could have stayed more. It is a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms, great service and food. The rooms were spacious, and the floor our room was on had a large and very nice lobby "living room" area when departing the elevators. We only had one problem, and if we stayed more than one night we could have said something--the shower was not very clean. It seemed so out of place because everything else was immaculate. We did ask for a smoke free room, and it may be the switch of the room caused the issue. Would this stop us from staying there again if ever in Amman--no way!! We loved this place!

The Opal Hotel was a surprise for us! Normally, a luxury hotel of this quality would be far, far more expensive! The hotel, inside and out, is beautiful, and they really need to commend their cleaning staff. The whole place is spotless. There are multiple restaurants on site. There's a spring fed pool. Rooms are spacious! The shower could clean the stripes off a zebra, and the cushioned carpets are a relief for travel sore feet. When in Amman, again, I will definitely be staying at the Opal Hotel. We absolutely loved it and 100% recommend it!!

Very attentive and friendly staff. Hotel was really nice! One minor issue with the bathroom but staff came immediately and fixed once we reported it. For the cost point and space of the room— definitely 5 stars. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the halls were lit up with decorations. Also closer to the airport compared to downtown if that’s what you’re looking for.
