I stayed at Arusha Giraffe Lodge with a friend in August 2023. Room was simple and clean and had comfortable beds with mosquito nets. Food was excellent, staff and manager very helpful and friendly. Its a bit outside, but the manager drives you into town and picks you up by request. Also, its set in an authentic Tanzanian, safe neighbourhood which makes the experience staying with them even more interesting. I definitly recommend this place and wish them all the best of success for the future.

Really good value hotel in Arusha, ideal if you are merely passing through the city for a safari. The hotel provides a free pick-up and drop-off service at Arusha Airport. The bed is really comfortable. The room is really clean and fragrant. The breakfast consists of fresh fruits and juice, amazing coffee and delicious fried eggs. The manager of the hotel strives to ensure that all of your needs are satisfied.

Everything was amazing, the room and toilet were very clean and comfortable. They picked up us at the airport and also drive us to the center of arusha every time we wanted. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. We also had lunch and dinner there and everything was exquisite. The prices are cheap, and the service its like a 5 stars hotel. The staff are very friendly and they help us to find a safari company. Definitely I will come back to this place.

We spent 2 amazing night in this place. Lovely people, we have been welcomed as friends. Clean rooms, clean toilets. The chief cooks like a god ! So tasty food, we ate every lunch in the lodge. We recommend this to anyone. Thank you for everything !!!

Stay here! Romwald, who is the general manager has a beautiful soul. He and the staff will make sure that you feel the great Tanzanian Hospitality. Even though the facilities are basic, the bed is good and the personal service is fantastic. The place is a bit out of town so Romwald will happily drive you in there or pick you up. The neighborhood may seem rough but really it is quiet and safe. This was one of our best stays in Tanzania!
