Great stay for the week

The room i was in was in need of some updating. After around 5 pm the only person around to discuss property issues with was the security guard. TV cable/satelite system was not working.

Great place to stay in Nairobi, walking distance to the shopping mall. The apartment is spacious and clam.

When you see an old white lady walking her dog in the evening you are in a safe neighborhood

Well kept, clean apartment. We purchased used an electric space heater because there was no heat in the apartment.

Very convenient and quite place. Good price/quality ratio. We had a small 1 bedroom apartment at ground floor and it was well maintained although it was evident it has quite few years. It's safe, quite, nearby there is groceries shop and a cafe'. Uber comes fast. Definitely to recommend.

Great option for a quieter stay but very close to Westlands and NBD! The staff was great and the rooms were beyond spacious with very comfortable amenities. The immediate area had good restaurants and quieter bars, with Westlands nightlife just a short ride away. Highly recommended!

Staff were very helpful and the location was very good for our meetings.

The stay could have been excellent but the watchmen talk loudly early in the morning and this disturbs sleeping clients.

They upgraded our rooms and that was an unexpected and amazing place. It was super!! They treated us like a royal family. Everything was luxurious, it had a quiet environment, and we enjoyed hot baths. We highly recommend this place!!! We'd love to come back again.

The staff and general manager were very nice, and if the review were on them, I'd give 5 Stars. However, the review must help potential future guests and here is our experience. 1. Correspondence with the hotel was difficult and responses were not timely. 2 The rooms, especially the bathroom, are in desperate need of upgrades and deep cleaning. 3. There was never anyone at the registration, we got to the hotel, security had to call the manager and then the manager though trying his best to be helpful couldn't

It’s a nice hotel/apartment complex. Rooms are dated but are clean and very spacious. It’s very well secured and is located in a safe and fun area. We stayed during the pandemic and I think a lot of small issues were related to that. The pool and the common area of the hotel was closed. Kitchen was also closed. Because I pre-paid for breakfast, that was slightly inconvenient. Instead, they arranged breakfast at a nearby cafe (and it was pretty good). We could order delivery or go to the place ourselves. That said, I didn’t find out about it until our second day because there was no reception at the hotel (just security) and no one explained what was working and what was not. They sent me a WhatsApp message about breakfast arrangement but I rarely check WhatsApp. I understand that pandemic creates restrictions and appreciate the property trying to work around it

Always a good experience! Nice and quiet place, wish they had dish soap though...

Apartment is large, clean, modern with good Wi-fi, quiet and just about perfect! Communications are dealt with straight away and any small problem is similarly fixed within a short period. I cannot recommend this place any higher as is basically the next apartment I have stayed in wherever I have been. Enjoy!
