Très belle hôtel

The check-in was incredibly fast, the rooms AC were set to a cold-ish temperature and the room mini fridge missed the water bottles we usually find in hotels. Beside that, the whole building was really beautiful and clean. Getting to the room was really easy too. For the parking, there wasn’t much explanation but luckily, I found a parking spot right in front of the building.

Very nice hotel! Location was perfect for getting around because the metro is maybe a three minute walk! Also, so many good food choices to choose from right below the hotel!

Nice rooms but crap air conditioning

There was no kettle in the room as and no body cream

The location was fantastic with many restaurants walking distance and the shopping was even more better. I would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott to everyone going at the Dix/30 District.

Staff was very helpful. Our Truck wouldn’t fit into the parking garage they have but we were allowed to just park out behind the hotel. There is a lot of construction in the area and the route was a bit confusing, but they made sure we got on the right place. The room was much bigger than expected.

Tout était parfait! Nous avons adorés la chambre et le mobilier. Nous avons très bien dormi et les oreillers étaient confortables!

It's relatively new hotel. Clean lots of amenities and helpful staff among the others. You'll like it.

L’hôtel etait très bien . Ce que j’ai pas aimé c’est l’accueil de l’employé au desk qui etait désintéressé. Il n’a jamais offert d’aide pour les valises. Ensuite j’ai trouvé la chambre peu insonorisée on entendait absolument tout ce qui se passait a l’extérieur. A minuit il y avait encore beaucoup de bruit.. notre chambre etait au 7e etage. The hotel was very good. What I didn't like was the welcome of the employee at the desk who was disinterested. He never offered help with the suitcases. Then I found the room not very soundproofed we could hear absolutely everything that was happening outside. At midnight there was still a lot of noise.. our room was on the 7th floor.
