Great hotel. Everything from the friendliness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the hotel was, it was great. I liked how the breakfast was cooked to order and not a buffet style selection. The only issue for improvement would be to get rid of the multiple single use plastic toiletries in the bathroom. Use full sized bottles that can be refilled. Also, there’s no need in putting a sheet of plastic over a toilet letting us know it’s been cleaned. We can just assume it’s been cleaned without the need of single use plastic to tell us

Great stay overall. A couple of grocery stores and restaurants a few steps away, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room. I found funny that there is a fee to use the pool though. My only real issue was the internet, unfortunately too slow and unstable for business travellers. But overall I would still stay here again.

Excellent quality of the rooms and service. Also, very convenient location: in the center but on quiet street. So, you have convenient commute or even walking potions to all major locations in the city center. Breakfast included and is very good. Staff was very helpful too. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chisinau. Thus, I highly recommend this place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing. My flight was delayed so I asked about late check in/out and they were happy to help with no extra charge. The property is nice and modern. They also give you great options for breakfast. Didn’t have a chance to check out the spa, but definitely want to come back.

Room was clean and spacious . The front desk helpful. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre … easy walk in the sun but not in rain or cold. Nothing around the hotel as in cafes Towels had really passed use by dates hard and scratchy Tv had cable and many Chanel’s able to locate even Australian ABC))
