Hard pass on this hotel for me. My feet were filthy from walking across the room floor. The beds are not comfortable. They do offer a shuttle to the airport and also the cruise port, however, they do not offer a pickup back from the cruise port.

Excellent hotel, the room was nice and super clean. The pool was nice too. They have a free shuttle from and to the airport. They also have a free shuttle to the port. Will definitely stay there again.

They didn't clean my room one day. Overal location, hotel and staff was good

We spent a night in La Fortuna and this hotel was perfect for us! No need to spend $300 a night—this has everything we wanted, including a/c, breakfast, and a great shower. The guys at check in were so friendly and helped book day passes to Baldi. Definitely recommend.

Two words NEVER AGAIN! Elevators are broken all the time. Waited 3 hours on a room and kept getting told a few more minutes. Wouldn’t let us cancel our room because I had enough. Never again!!!!

Great service for cruises or airfare. Not a good area to visit

Hotel was fine, clean, good breakfast, good staff. There is nothing at all in walking distance so take whatever you need with you. Area around hotel is dirty and feels like somewhere you don’t want to be walking anyway.
