Everything was really fantastic

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always stay with Macarena whenever I visit Madrid, and every experience has been outstanding. She is an amazing host—kind, welcoming, and always attentive to every detail. The apartment is consistently spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is excellent, and Macarena is always available if you need anything, while also giving you complete privacy. Her hospitality is one of the reasons I keep coming back every time I’m in Madrid. I highly recommend staying with Macarena. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else when I visit the city!

The room was super clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and the beds were extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

Room was really small staff wasn’t helpful I landed in Madrid at 5:30 am arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am asked for an early check in cause I was really tired they told me to come back at 1pm I did and I was injured from a car accident they let me in the lobby until 3:00pm exactly with no assistance and nothing

Pros: The location of

The hotel was in a great location that we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see, i.e. Prado Museum, the Palace. And if you didn't want to walk, the Metro is right outside. The staff was very friendly and helped us get a cab when we need to go to the airport on our last day. The roof top was nice but very hot when there so I didn't go up there but my friend did and enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable.

Nice place, great location. We were upgraded to a larger room. Shower was great, bed, wonderful, 3 small balconies, awesome. Issue with the commode feeling like you have no privacy. My guy could watch me from the bed (& see one eyeball staring back at him). Felt like I was sitting right beside him. We played rap music for privacy. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. We didn’t use the pool, but the pool bar was great & they had mezcal!

Very friendly staff, spotless and great location

Friendly and helpful front desk staff! I was impressed that the man who helped us spoke English and French on top of Spanish. The room was comfortable and well equipped. It was a bit frustrating that the rooftop pool closes so early. Other than that, great hotel in a convenient location.

Central

When selecting our room & it indicated city view i was under the impression we would be on a higher floor. When finding out we were going to be on the 1st floor. I was a little disappointed & when the receptionist realized & attempted to provide a different option. What was mentioned was 3rd floor smaller room, now why would I want to move to a higher floor but have a smaller room. I paid for the size room to accommodate me & my wife. Honestly would have preferred a better option regarding floor with same size room.
