The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, stairwell, foyer and view from the window were Architectural Digest worthy. The staff were welcoming and greeted us with Valencia water. It was a stay to remember.

The room was very clean, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The amenities were more than adequate. The hotel building is very attractive and well located in the centre of Valencia near to many of the tourist highlights. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of food and excellent staff. All in all a memorable experience.

The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. The hotel's staff was friendly and welcoming. And the hotel's location was ideal. The hotel's design and decor were superb. I can't wait to come back and stay again. This was a wonderful 30th anniversary trip to Spain.

We had a lovely stay. Perfect location in the old town. Professional friendly staff and we were welcomed with cava and a personalised note for my husband's birthday. Our room was on the first floor and narrow (106). Because it was on the side of the building and very close to another, it was very dark. But the rooms are stylish, beautifully decorated and immaculate. We would recommend but upgrade to a larger room if possible

Beautiful property in perfect location. The staff are all wonderful with a special mention for Hugo who is incredibly approachable and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained, the design is very sympathetic with a lovely balance of luxury and comfort.

AC requires an upgrade, lighting in room could be more adaptive. We were upgraded to a junior suite, very elegant room however the bathroom was very small. Breakfast is frighteningly expensive and not worth the money ! Staff very courteous and helpful

This it’s for me the best place to stay , staff it’s great the hotel it’s great the palace it’s located in the heart of the old town you can walk anywhere. And again the staff the rooms the service it’s great !!

Amazing stay .... one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. We picked the Presidential Suite and it was fantastic. Great room, right in the centre of town with fantastic breakfast servced. Was the highlight of our recent Spain trip. Loved Valencia.
