Excellent stay

Nice stay, clean apartment

We arrived late door reception was there to assist. We only slept there. We were attending the riyal horse show. We will definitely use your facility for next time.

Really nice stay

The condo itself was ok could use some upgrades but otherwise it’s ok. The worst thing is parking after providing everything about the car that I was arriving in and timing when I get there there wasn’t a spot for me as the host did not inform the building management. In addition the amount of info requested seemed as an overkill and not necessary.

The room was beautiful, it was really clean and had a great view. The location was great and next to fort york historical site which I really enjoyed. It is also well connected by street car and walking to down town. I felt safe walking home even at night and the security team are very helpful. It had everything I needed great kitchen facilties and even things like toliet rolls, dish soap etc which made it feel like a real home away from home. The only issue I had was that the check in information was incorrect so I was a little trapped in my room for the first night, the next morning it was resovled quickly by email but the whatsapp number and telephone number which was advertised as 24 hours did not work so that was quite stressful. However once I settled in futher commuciation with the host via email was good.

! Be aware ! We booked a suite advertised as 3 bedrooms with 2 bathroom. Got 2 bedrooms and a third bed was stuck into the dining room and the dining room table was crammed into the living room. Shower was broken in one bathroom and took 2 days to get fixed. The pluses were location, easy access to transit, pool and lots of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies.

The area is convenient to transport and shops. Some things I did not appreciate are: the staff is slow respond to questions; laundry dryer was not working; incomplete check-in instruction

Great host, good amenities, clean condo

Could use some cleaning and repairing of walls, bathmat for safety, someone to respond to the clogged bathroom sink we found on arrival, and blinds can’t close fully in living room, towel rack hanging from wall, and kitchen sink water head really needs a cleaning and button missing for spray function. Epected better for a deluxe room. However was very clean, well equipped, roomy, and very comfortable bed.
