We only styaed flr one night it was not nad overall the room was clean

The rooms were very big for the price. The fact that there was akitchen and refrigerator was an extra touch. We didn't have to spend a lot of money eating eating out. Damn baby

Adorable biz lady Michela/Mikayla was an excellent hostess, responsive and willing to help. She even carried my bag up to the room. I was able to checkout an hr later to allow time for rest. Great directions on choosing restaurant down restaurant row which is just 3 min walk & 10 min walk to the Beautiful Boca Chica beach. Room is spacious, large mirrored bi-level closet with shelving. Clean, shower hot, AC cold, refrigerator cold, microwave hot, bed cozy, and property safe! Soap & bodywash provided. Wi-fi for leisure, not for work. Loved the palm trees, staff, & pool scenery on site. Gated, well lit, & peaceful. Owner provides a key to enter the gate along with the room keys. She took great care in ensuring I had all my questions answered giving sage advice about taxi rides. I used Uber, as always. So no issues. I opted for the amazing Caribbean Sea at the beach and didn’t use the pool but patrons were enjoying the beautiful swim amongst the gorgeous rustling palms on property. Thanks for everything! Would stay again.

The hotel is in poor condition, really needs an upgrade.

There was nobody to check me in. It was extremely hot and I waited 30 minutes to find someone. I messaged on Expedia - an hour to answer. No response on WhatsApp. Didn’t answer the phone. The apartment looks nothing like the pictures. Run down. No hot water. No soap in the bathroom. Screaming kids outside. A disaster

Это место не для всех туристов. Бока Чика больше ориентирована на местных жителей. И для тех иностранцев, кто хочет погрузиться в настоящую жизнь Доминиканы. Этот отель скорее частная резиденция, поэтому привозите с собой свой шампунь, кондиционер и всё остальное, без чего не можете обойтись. Хозяйки очень милые женщины, и говорят по-английски, в отличие от большинства жителей страны. Я общалась с Селестин ( переписка), Микаэлой ( заселение) и всё остальное время с Шанталь. Шанталь помогла найти гида, через которого мы смогли посетить интересные места ( остров Саона, джип-сафари вглубь страны). Кое-что в нашей комнате было поломано предыдущим постояльцем ( фен, кофеварка). Всё, что вам необходимо-это сообщить о проблеме хозяйке, и они всегда помогут и всё заменят. Никто не будет вас «доставать» и лазить по вашему номеру, тем более пока вас нет,поэтому если что не так-вы сами должны обратиться, а не ждать у моря погоды. Резиденция в нескольких минутах ходьбы от супермаркета Ole, где принимают к оплате кредитные карты, недалеко от пляжа ( но бассейн лучше), а так же не надо париться с Убером или такси, до Санто Доминго можно легко и очень дёшево ( всего за 100 песо) добраться на автобусе от центральной площади рядом с церковью ( 5 минут ходьбы от резиденции). Не говоря уже о том, что до аэропорта Лас Американос (SDQ) всего 14 км и проезд 15$ на такси. В общем, масса плюсов для тех, кто любит самостоятельность, а не сидеть за забором на курорте и помирать от скуки… Рекомендую !
