Hotel affordable, kids friendly.

We've been staying at Bell Place for a while now, and it's become our second home when we want to see the kids. It's comfortable, the service is friendly, the food is delicious, and it's conveniently located.

The hotel's Wi-Fi wouldn't connect to my phone. The room was small. You had to use the stairs to get upstairs. It was quite a trek up and down the stairs. The food was quite good, but a bit pricey, hehe.

I've eaten at the restaurant several times and it's always been delicious, but my stay was less than comfortable due to renovations. My first room near the elevator was noisy, and after moving to another room it wasn't very clean (there were hairs on the bed, and the pillowcases were worn out), and the other rooms I chose weren't much better. The renovations also made a lot of noise from early in the morning, and there were workers' ladders on the windows, making it impossible to open the curtains. Unfortunately, the kids couldn't play either, as the bounce house was gone. Fortunately, the food and drinks on the rooftop were still delicious and could be delivered to the room.

A hotel priced at 400,000 Rupiah is quite satisfactory, and it's also kid-friendly. However, the swimming pool is small, and the elevator is under construction, so we had to climb the stairs for breakfast on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, it's okay. Recommended for those who want to staycation with family.

So far.. everything is okay.. just a little bit of a problem with payments, both deposits and other things.. maybe the payment system needs to be improved...

Recommendations for family vacations

Very good, so this is definitely a favorite hotel because it's already the umpteenth staycation at Bell's place, it was just right yesterday there was an event so I joined a competition and got lots of prizes from Bell's place, thank you Bell's place is very satisfying...

The sheets are dirty, I can see they're a bit dirty, but they don't itch. It's really noisy, with lots of kids screaming early in the morning and no one reprimanding them. The room is noisy, but it's not soundproof. The towels smell. I'll check them out, sis. I haven't used them yet, but I can smell a musty odor. The mattress sank to the middle when my husband and I were sleeping. It looks like it's sunken a bit.

It wasn't a great experience, but it was worth the price. The only downside was the towels smelled (either from a previous customer and never washed, or the laundry service was bad, or the towels needed rejuvenation). Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. If there weren't any towel issues, it would definitely be a 5-star rating.

The staff here are friendly, especially the cleaning service staff, they are the best, they are very friendly. There are lots of games, but many of the toys in the kids room are broken.

Child-friendly hotel with affordable location. Clean rooms and good facilities. Very suitable for staycation with family or honeymoon.

The cleanliness is okay but the room is very small, it's not even good for praying, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the pillows, when you open the pillowcase it looks very dirty and there are lots of black dots of mold, the swimming pool has broken floor tiles so 2 of my nephews' feet hit the broken tiles and they bled. Please pay attention again so that Bells Place can be even better.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, the pool and other facilities are also clean. Very satisfied staying here 3 times already

Very Friendly Resto Staff. all are friendly. and comply with SOP. there are snacks too deposit 100 thousand if eaten deposit angus. coincidentally chiki in my room was dusty so I didn't eat it.
