Comfortable and the best service. Keep it up!

I booked a room downstairs because I was staying with my mom. It was right in front of the reception. So far, the staff is friendly and I ordered room service twice because I was tired of going to the restaurant upstairs because there's no elevator. I definitely recommend the kuetiaw! It's so cool and makes me miss it. From the top, you can see the beautiful view of the Sentul mountains.

Stayed here for a staycation. The place was okay, but it was very noisy in the morning due to renovations, so my sleep was disturbed. The bathroom also smelled musty when I entered, as if it hadn't been used for a long time.

I don't know how many times we've stayed here, but it feels like home, haha! It's the most comfortable staycation spot, a healing place for the kids, and it's top of the line.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. For the rate offered, all the facilities and the surrounding environment were very supportive. All the staff were very friendly, from room service, cleaning staff, security, to restaurant servers, they were very helpful and made our stay easy. All the restrooms were very clean. Futsal and badminton areas are also under construction, and the upstairs restrooms were also very clean. With a very reasonable rate and categorized as family-friendly (especially for those with toddlers), the owner has run his business very well and wisely, making it easier for his business and his fortune to expand his lodging. We plan to return again, because of the comfort, security, and hospitality provided. We really felt like home, even though it was our first time. Thank you, Bell's Place! The security guard was very friendly. We stayed without breakfast. The hotel so far is quite good for that price, there is a swimming pool and some toys for children. I was just a bit surprised that the twin beds cannot be moved for reasons of minimizing damage. This is the first time I have found a hotel that prohibits putting twin beds together). I have heard of a customer who was also asked to pay when there were food particles on the sheets. So during the stay there was a tense sensation 😂 because I was thinking about the many hotel rules. In the room there were several signs that prohibit this and that (it was not pleasing to the eye for me and made me uncomfortable🙏). The food at the cafe was very delicious, the staff were also friendly, the view was top, got a welcome drink and ice cream for the children.

The officer was quick to add an extra bed.

The hotel staff are very friendly, but unfortunately there is no soap, it's a good idea to bring it, don't forget to bring soap, guys, and I was confused about ordering a scooter or electric car, there were no staff members, even though my child really wanted an electric car, but other than that it was okay to bring the child, it was fun, thank you.

The hotel is affordable, yet comfortable and clean. I love the cafe on the top floor with its serene views and affordable prices. There's also a photo booth, and there was live music when I came on the weekend. This is my second visit. The first time I had Christmas dinner here, it was very memorable. All the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious.

The male staff were unfriendly, and the bathroom was very dirty. The walls, the gaps between the glass dividers, and the toilet were all filthy. The towels, sheets, and pillowcases smelled musty. The facilities were okay, the location was okay, and the security was okay. Please improve the cleanliness.
