The bathroom wasn't very good when I arrived. The shower was weird, not letting all the water out, which made me feel sick. There were no hooks in the bathroom, so I couldn't find a place to put my towel.

Actually the facilities and guest house are good, but many things need to be improved to make it better, including: the bathroom door is broken, needs to be repaired not covered with a mosquito net. The bathroom front light is dead and broken, the exhaust fan is broken, there is a sawang in the room, the bed sheet has holes, the plywood wall is not a wall, the damp bathroom wall needs to be repaired not patched, the toilet is dirty, the sink drain smells a bit. The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was substandard, with a general lack of cleanliness. The front of the room was dusty. This was the first time I'd encountered a towel; one was cut in half. The stairs up were narrow and steep. There were no side rails, so if you weren't careful, you could fall.

Located near UM, transportation is somewhat disrupted from Saturday night to Monday morning due to the complex's closed entrance. The bathroom has glass walls, making showering a bit awkward.

Staying at Guest House Studio Living was very satisfying! For Rp 200,000, it offers complete amenities: fast Wi-Fi, cool air conditioning, clear TV, kitchen, balcony, hot water, underground motorcycle parking, and no curfew. It's strategically located near UM and coffee shops. The downsides are that the rooms are not soundproof and have no windows. But overall, it's very decent and comfortable!

Love to stay there if I visit Malang again.
