We already paid, arrived at oyo e instead filled with people.

Saya hanya menyampaikan sesuai fakta yang terjadi ya tidak dilebihkan ataupun dikurangin, saya memilih kamar dengan fitur AC yang di keterangan tertulis bebas asap rokok, boro-boro yang ada malah bau asap rokok sangat menyengat bahkan di lobby resepsionis saja semua sudah bau rokok, awalnya saya pikir hanya di luar ruangan saja, ternyata saya salah, masuk ke area kamar malah lebih pekat bau rokoknya ditambah lagi dengan kloset yang naudzubillah joroknya dan lantai kamarpun berdebu dan terdapat sisa mohon maaf bulu kemaluan di lantai 😭. Ketika saya komplain dan ingin dicarikan kamar lain yang setara eh yang ada petugasnya bilang ada sih kamar nya tapi ac nya rusak nanti bakalan kepanasan semakin buruk intinya sehingga dia pun tidak berani memperlihatkan kamar yang lain tersebut. Saran: sediakan ruangan untuk merokok karena ruangan di sana hanya disekat semi triplek atau apalah itu namanya jadi asap rokok berputar-berputar saja dikarenakan tidak adanya jendela atau sirkulasi yang bagus. Sebagai konsumen saya sih gak bakalan balik lagi kalo penginapannya kayak gini.

Comfortable place and clean. However, avoid staying on the first floor as it is located right next to the gathering area, people were there to karaoke and chat, so a bit noisy. But, overall, great.

This is not a good place, first came it was a bit late at night. He said the room that was booked was full. Even though the single message was given double. And the bathroom was flooded, the shower didn't turn on, the bathroom lights were off. Don't want to come back here again, the point is.

The location is close to the city center, room conditions are the same as in the photo, only the quality of the furniture is cause for concern. Wooden couches can come off, when repaired - the answer is not polite (blaming large-bodied customers). Even though you are finally allowed to move rooms, the arrangement is a mess - the sink is blocked by the couch. Room service needs to be trained again.

Rooms are still in the renovation stage, no TV, no hot water.
